Today I purchased Gold's Gym's L-Glutamine at GGOT.
I was advised to take a lot of L-Glutamine by Mr. Masashi Suzuki, the greatest bodybuilder in Japan.
He suggested me to take L-Glutamine just after workout, just before going to bed and when I wake up in the morning.
Since I started to follow his advice, I have felt that I feel better and my muscle condition has improved significantly.
I would strongly recommend you L-Glutamine for your quick recovery from hard workouts!
Several years ago, I also tried a Glutamine powder produced by Ezaki Grico.
My impression at that time was not positive, at least it was hard for me to feel difference.
I usually took it after my exercise, not just before going to bed.
Would you mind specifying in detail on how feel good by taking the L-Glutamine powder, or how you felt if you don't take it ?
If it helps relieve one's fatigue, I wish to try Gold's Gym's Glutamine next time.
