10:00-11:30am のクラス 10人
15:30-17:00pm のクラス 12人

久しぶりの教室での授業 は
教員が肉体労働だということを再確認させられ
腰痛

自宅授業も含め7コマ／1日
週三回は当分このペースが続きますが
大丈夫かなあ…

Myanmar Japan SEDA 日本語セミナー

March 3,　Business Japanese Seminar will start at Myanmar Japan SEDA
which located at Yaw min Gyi Road, Dagon near Park Royal Hotel.

3月3日スタートのビジネス日本語セミナーの準備でSEDAに来ています。
社会人を対象にした、上級レベルの講座で週に3回、午前・午後の2講座を担当。
今日も何人かの方が申し込みに来ていました。

朝7時から8時半までは自宅で授業、その後週3回はSEDAのクラス
火曜日・木曜日が法律事務所で1日勤務
午後6時には自宅で夜の授業

なんだかすっごーく働いている感じで、充実感いっぱい
来週からのクラススタートが楽しみでです。

皆様はどんな三月を迎えますか？

MM + Japan SEDA Bussiness Japanese Course will start

SEDA, Socio Economic Development Association is a non profit organization based in Myanmar
and maybe also in Japan. It works for Myanmar and Japan relationship establishment.
From March I will teach Business Japanese Corse for 3 month there for local people
3 days in a week in the morning class and in the afternoon class.

The staff suppose to advertise on local papers yesterday or today
but I could not find them because of Burmese language. :-(

日本・ミャンマーの交流団体・友好協会などが数多くあります。

SEDAはミャンマー人で日本での経験も長い、実業家が社会貢献のために作った団体で
社長さんの所有するビルで、日本語教室などの講座を開き
日本での経験があるミャンマー人も大勢参画しています。

初心者の日本語教室が無料で開設されていますが
新たに「ビジネス日本語」の講座を担当させてもらうことになりました。

遅々としてビジネスが進まないミャンマーですが
今回は社長さんの鶴の一声であっという間に開講が決まり

「授業内容は一切お任せします」
「募集はHPと新聞広告でやりますので、お任せください」

ということで、2月3週目の新聞で受講生募集
3月3日開講となりました。

久しぶりの教室での授業、ちょっとワクワクしています。
新しい生徒さんとの出会いが楽しみです。

一期一会 いちごいちえ ichigo ichie

中級クラスではよく四字熟語を取り上げます。
教室掲示は「試行錯誤」「無我夢中」「日進月歩」。
浜島書店「国語便覧」を一緒に見ながら
生徒さんの態度を皮肉ることも。
私たちが高校時代にやっていた遊びの延長です。
「優柔不断」だからN試験に何度も失敗する。
君がN試験を受けるのは「時期早々」だよ。
「支離滅裂」な日本語だね.....などなど。

外国で暮らしていると「一期一会」ということを
日本にいる時よりも強く感じます。

英語に訳すと
You never know when you meet someone
if it will be the last time you'll ever see that person.
ちょっとピンときませんね。

Treasure every meeting, for it will never recur.
ちょっと難しいけれど、こちらの方がいいでしょうか？

Mr Umi and I had met at the breakfast table of MK Hotel i am teaching.
It was his last day in Myanmar and we appointed dinner after his tour finish.

drinking eating chatting .....went to ice cream.
finally we invited him to our house....chat until 2:00am.

今は長い休暇で世界中を旅しているそうですが、
一流企業人として若者に語るお話に
時間を忘れた11月の週末の夜でした。
日本に戻った海さんのお幸せを祈ります。

師走 shiwasu 12月 December

I received email from husband in Japan on Saturday.
There in my place is ready for winter coming.
Shiwasu 師走 is old term for December in Japanese language
leteraly means monks or preasts running.
December is busy for everybody all over the world before Christmas and New Year holoidays.

Here in Myanmar, only Christmas day is a national holiday.
No new year's eve, new year day celebration.
Myanmar new year is coming on April.

先週まで2週間ほど、中国時代の教え子レオ君が
上海からビジネスで来訪、寄宿していたのでブログの更新ができませんでした。

初めて迎える熱帯での12月、相変わらず毎日30度を超える晴天。
それでも商業施設ではクリスマスツリーが飾られ
教会ではクリスマスコンサートが行われています。
師（法師）も走る忙しさの日本の12月。
ミャンマーでは誰も走るどころか、昼下がりには歩いている人すら疎ら。

12月1週目ビザの書き換えのため、急遽バンコクに滞在。
2-3週目は大学時代の友人、村上社長のハートラインさんが
社員さんとともに来訪。
4週目は、中級クラスの5人のメンバーと一緒にシャン州へ旅行。
その間にアパートの契約更新、教会のイベントのお手伝い

走り回る師走になりそうです。

How to communicate with others

ファミレスでピザを注文しました。
私「タバスコとオリーブオイルを持ってきてくれますか」
もちろん、ウエイトレスさんはマニュアル通りではあるだろうが、
満面の笑顔で「少々お待ちください」と告げ、
すぐにタバスコとオリーブオイルが届けられた。

関西人の同行者がのたまうには
「大阪人はコミュニケーションを重視するから、そんな風には言わんな」
私「じゃあ、なんて言うの？」
大阪人「タバスコとオリーブオイルある？　どこ？」って聞くんやな。
　　　　「一方的な指示ちゃって、コミュニケーションが出来るやろ。」
私「へえ。。。。。。」

大阪人「会社でも同じかな。部下に指示するのは簡単だけど、常にコミュニケーションをとる。」
　　　「この企画、どうしたらもっと効果的かなあ？」
部下「ええと.....　ちょっと分かりません。」
大阪人「う～ん、たとえばこんな感じはどうやろう。」
部下「そうですね。いいと思います。」
大阪人「そうか、じゃあ、そんな風にやってみるか？」

カウンセリングマインドのテク。
これからはしゃべくり好きの大阪人を見習って
レストランでも実践してみようっと。

10gatu, October, 10月 神無月 coming

According Nittere, which is 4ch TV in Japan
Sep 23 morning Hokkaido has the coldest morning in this season.
Monbetsu city ,faced to Ohootsuku Sea, is 6.7degree as cold as mid in Oct.
'Ke arashi'which is fog from surface of ocean because of cold air comes on
occured there. It was fantasic morning.


9月２３日、北海道は各地で今シーズン一番の冷え込みとなり、
オホーツクの紋別市では、朝の最低気温が６．７℃で
１０月中旬並みの気温となり、
冷え込んだ朝に寒気が海面の水蒸気を冷やして霧が出る現象「けあらし」が発生し、幻想的な光景となったそうです。(ニュースソース、日テレwebsite）

Here in Yangon, rainy season is changing to dry season in Oct.
It is getting cooler and cooler day by day
though day time it is still over 30 degrees.
Sudden heavy rain so called scole with big lightning and thundering show us
summer curtain is about closing to the end
and passing a season batton to autumn or fall.

Oct 20 Sunday 1430-18:00
Japan Club, Nihon-jin kai will perform soba noddle hand making
so called SOBA UCHI.
100 dishes of soba noddle will be provided free there.

Oct 27 Sunday 1800pm at National Theater
Embbasy of Japan will hold Drum and traditional music concert
celeblating 40th anniversaty cooparating ASEAN Countries and Japan.
This concert will go around all of ASEAN countries then
in December there will be final concert at Tokyo, Japan.

南国ヤンゴンでも季節は秋に向かっているようで、
明け方は薄い毛布一枚では肌寒くなりました。
布団はどこにも売っていないようで、
とりあえずバスローブで寒さをしのいでいます。

といっても熱帯のこの地方、乾季になっても２５℃位で
勿論、われわれ日本人にはフリースもジャケットも不要だそうです。
授業も始まり、生活のリズムもでき始め運動にも励んでいます。
水曜日はゴルフレンジで練習。
木曜日は日本人会バレーボールチームに参加させていただき練習。
先週の日曜日はアメリカチームとのトーナメント戦で
半分のセットだけ試合に出していただきました。
来年は背番号をもらえるように、励んでいます。

おかげさまで体重は渡航時より、７キロ減。（体重計壊れてないかなあ？）
そろそろ軽い筋トレも、テラスの手すりで始めようかなあ....

皆様の実りの秋、スポーツの秋、読書の秋を願いつつ

災害は忘れた頃にやってくる
と日本人学校門柱(阿部首相揮毫)の横の掲示板に張り紙がありました。

i found these at Yangon Japan School.
some are Hatsuta Bland surely made in China, Ningbo BeiLun factory
under Mr Sakamoto and Tani．

I still remember after the big fire at Ningbo Polytechnic in 2009
Mr Tania gave one for my apartment room.
thank you sirs , arigato Ningbo, BeiLun
clean and well organized Hatsuta factory is still in my album in heart.

9月9日は救急の日でしたね。
13日の金曜はキリストが十字架への路を歩き始めた日とか。
西洋では不吉な日とも、表題の通りgood Fridayともいいます。

日本では三連休前のこの日、いかが過ごされましたか？

色々あった九月2週目でしたが、週末は電子レンジで生うどんを茹で
料亭風に冷え冷えの氷の器に盛り付け、ヒヤヒヤぶっかけ素うどん。
前菜は、インゲンと茹でもろこし。
手作りご飯で隣家の少年たちをおもてなししました。

ワンコそば状態でお代わりをしてくれたニクソンくん＠11歳
ありがとね。
