10年前に誘拐された米女性保護、性的暴行受け出産

米カリフォルニア州で１０年前に誘拐された女性（２５）が、無事保護された。警察が２１日明らかにした。女性は何年にもわたって性的暴行を受けたとしており、警察は誘拐などの容疑でイシドロ・ガルシア容疑者（４１）を逮捕した。

警察によると、女性は１５歳だった２００４年８月、当時家族と同居していたガルシア容疑者に連れ去られた。女性の名前は明らかにされていない。

女性は容疑者と２００７年に結婚させられ、１２年には子供を産まされていたという。誘拐されてからずっと行方不明となっていたが、フェイスブックで姉妹に接触し、２０日に警察に連絡して無事保護に至った。

警察は、誘拐や性的暴行、未成年者に対するわいせつ行為、不法監禁などの疑いで、ガルシア容疑者の身柄を２０日に拘束したとしている。

同容疑者は何度も転居を繰り返し、女性が自分から逃げることができないよう、夜間清掃員として同じ職場で働かせることで監視し続けていたという。

米カリフォルニア州で２００４年に１５歳で拉致され、性的暴行を受けるなどして監禁されていた女性（２５）が１０年を経て無事保護された。警察当局が２１日明らかにした。

警察は２０日、女性を連れ去ったとされるイシドロ・ガルシア容疑者（４１）を誘拐や強姦（ごうかん）などの容疑で逮捕。同容疑者は０７年に女性に結婚を強要し、１２年には子供を産ませていたという。
　
同容疑者は女性の脱出を阻止するため、家族が既に捜索を断念し、女性が戻れば家族は国外追放されると脅していた。また、警察に発見されないよう転居を繰り返したほか、２人で夜間の清掃関係の仕事に就いて、女性を監視していた。

Isidro Garcia Pleads Not Guilty In Alleged 10-Year Abduction

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A Southern California man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that he kidnapped a 15-year-old girl and held her for a decade, forcing her have sex with him, marry him and birth his child.

Prosecutors say Isidro Garcia, 41, who had been dating the girl's mother, drugged and abducted the girl, telling her that her family wasn't looking for her and that if she contacted authorities, she would be deported. In 2007, he made her marry him and fathered a daughter, now 3, with her, police said.

Garcia's attorney, Charles Frisco, has said the woman's claims of physical and sexual abuse are lies made up because the couple are separating. Neighbors showed up to support Garcia at his Monday hearing, where he entered the plea through his attorney during a closed-circuit TV arraignment from an Orange County jail.

Neighbors said they seemed like a loving couple, and police say that while Garcia initially locked up the woman, she later got a job and had her own car.

Authorities and psychologists cautioned that both could be true — Garcia could have been a doting husband who controlled his wife without physically restraining her through years of abuse.

Authorities focused on the early allegations of abuse, and Garcia is charged with rape, kidnapping and three counts of lewd acts on a child dating to 2004.

He was arrested last month after the woman, now 25, went two blocks from her apartment to a police station in Los Angeles County's Bell Gardens and accused him of domestic violence. Authorities then connected her to a 2004 missing person report filed by her mother.
