初代山野愛子 命日

昨日7月31日は私の祖母・山野愛子の命日でした。

祖母は生活の中のすべてから美容へのインスピレーションを受け、

ヘアスタイルや帯結び等をクリエイトしていました。

一代で今のYAMANOグループを築くまでに辛い事も沢山あったと思いますが、

いつも明るく笑って亡くなるその日まで美容を愛し楽しんでいた姿が思い出されます。

命日には親族全員でお寺にお参りし、皆で感謝の気持ちを伝えております。

 

私は12歳から初代と一緒に住み、

いつのまにか初代の美容哲学「美道」を受け入れていました。

厳しさに定評がある祖母でしたが、

優しく真心を込めて私を大切に育て教えて下さいました。

八王子の山野美容芸術短期大学は美容師にも学位をという祖母の美容人生の集大成です。

短大でも命日に教職員の想いを届けます。
