Tea break with matcha （抹茶） flavor!!!

Do you like "matcha"?


Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea.
It is special in two aspects of farming and processing:
The green tea plants for matcha are shade-grown for about three weeks before harvest, and the stems and veins are removed in processing.


Recently there are lot of matcha flavored snacks in the supermarket or convenience stores.



If you like matcha, why not trying!?


My favorite is matcha chocolate (koeda) and match oreo!


And you must also try the matcha frappuccino at starbucks, it's soooooooooooo nice :)

If you are not from Taiwan, you should try this restaurant.


Ding Tai Fung (鼎泰豊) is world's famous for their xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) in Taiwan.
I went the restaurant in Taiwan, and it's super tasty!


Now, without traveling to Taiwan, you can enjoy their real xiaolongbao here in Namba!


It's located in the 7th floor of Namba Takashimaya.
There is a queue for lunch time and dinner time, but only 15-20 mins waiting!


Enjoy the real world's famous xiaolongbao :)
