Gochi: Madai Steak with Wasabi Sauce

Madai steak with wasabi sauce at Gochi.
Madai (red snapper) is excellent as sashimi
but this grilled steak at Gochi is excellent.

The sauce, combined with the bed of spinich
really brings out the meaty fish flavor.
