This side is cuts of pork boiled with sugar, soy sauce, sweet sake and salt.
The center is a dish simmered in Japanese radish.
The back is a dish simmered in brown alga.

First was a bagutte and focaccia.
Tagliatelle of four kinds of cheese and fried onion.
The roast of the chicken which it filled with foie gras and the sauce of the burdock were delicious.

I enjoyed a meal slowly in a long time.
It was very luxurious time.
