Step 1: For this recipe, we need 1 cup of milk. We know milk is rich in protein. It improves metabolism, and it helps you feel full, which then leads to lower calorie intake.

Step 2: Once the milk is boiled, Add ½ cup of Oats to the boiling milk and stir well till it gets to cook. Oats have high fiber contents. Do it takes a long time to digest and keep you full for a longer time.

Step 6: Now transfer it to a bowl and Garnish it with Dried Fig. It contains much dietary fiber that can fill the stomach easily, then some Pomegranate and 1 walnut. Walnuts are rich in Omega 3 Fatty acids. So these all make it a healthy weight loss recipe.
