「a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available.」
「You may arrange redelivery by visiting www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice.」
「 If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.
【there are so many letter that they are all put on one log, it would take days to sign for each one, the IRS then just signs one paper saying it got all of them. It takes the USPS up to 48 hours to update this on there system. 】

However, I think it will be more useful to address the societal demands that drove the student to cheat in the first place, as well as examine the cross-cultural understanding of cheating.
