Spring seems to have come early this year.

The plum tree in the hotel car park is in its sixth minute of bloom. I didn't realise it was blooming so beautifully before I knew.

三連休も明け、今日から通常モードですね。

埼玉県では、あちこちでマラソン大会があったようです。

さて、今度の土曜日２月１７日に埼玉県秩父にてウイスキー祭りが開催されるようです。こんなお祭りがあったんだ。残念ながら、チケットは完売してしまったようです。

「秩父ウイスキー祭」は、ウイスキーの文化、楽しみを世界に広げたいというコンセプトと共に集まったお酒を愛する有志達によって、毎年埼玉県の秩父市で開催されているようです。

同じ時代を生きて同じ時代のお酒を楽しむ人たちを、一人でも多くこのお祭が繋げてくれたらスタッフ一同心より嬉しく思いますとのこと。

是非、できるだけ多くの人たちとウイスキーを楽しんで、中に詰まった造り手の想いを感じてみてくださいとのことです。

ぜひ、次回機会があったら行ってみたいですね。

The three-day weekend is over and we are in normal mode from today.

In Saitama Prefecture, it seems that there were marathons here and there.

Well, it seems that a whisky festival will be held in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, this coming Saturday, 17 February. I didn't know there was such a festival. Unfortunately, the tickets seem to have been sold out.

The Chichibu Whisky Festival seems to be held every year in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, by a group of volunteers who love the drink and who came together with the concept of spreading the culture and enjoyment of whisky around the world.

The staff are very happy if this festival can connect as many people as possible who live in the same era and enjoy the same alcoholic beverages of that era.

They would like you to enjoy whisky with as many people as possible and feel the thoughts of the brewers that are packed inside.

I would definitely like to visit the next time I have the chance.

昨日の関東での大雪、事故などございませんでしたでしょうか。

深夜に雪もやみ、弊社スタッフが道路の雪かきをしてくれました。人力では、限界があり、車が１台半くらい通れる幅までは、やってくれました。今日は、朝から暖かかったので、道幅を確保るすために、今度は、積んだっ雪を溶かし、道幅を広げました。これで、ご来店される方も、ご近所さんも安心して通れるようになるといいなぁ。

Did you have any accidents during yesterday's heavy snowfall in the Kanto region?

The snow stopped late at night and our staff cleared the roads. There was a limit to the amount of snow that could be cleared by hand, so they cleared the width of the road to a width where one and a half cars could pass. Today, it was warm in the morning, so we melted the piles of snow and widened the road to make it wider. We hope this will make it safer for visitors and neighbours.
