King, William, 1848

I would very much like to consult p. 10 of the following work:

King, William, 1848. A catalogue of the organic remains of the Permien [sic] rocks of Northumberland and Durham. i-iv, 16 pp., printed for and published by the author, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

If someone has a chance to acccess this work, please provide me a pdf-image of p. 10 where Bakewellia will be described.

Bakewellia or Bakevellia?

Bakewellia or Bakevellia?

Bakevellia is rather common on text-books and papers on the Permian bivalve fossils, but the original spelling is said to be Bakewellia、King, 1848 (Zoological Nomenclator, vol. 1: 385).

King (1850) described some species under the genus Bakevellia and noted its etymology as follows:
Named after the late Mr. Bakewell; as his instructive 'Introduction to Geology' was the first work on the subject I read.

Miller (1877: 185) enumelated Bakevellia King, 1848 in his catalogue. This is possibly miss-spelling or followed after King (1850).

It is unclear why King (1850) changed the name Bakewellia King, 1848 into Bakevellia.

If Bakewellia King, 1848 is unavailable, Bakevellia King, 1850 [not 1848] will be a valid name.

I should be most grateful if someone could kindly provide me an essential page of King (1848) as a pdf-file!
