●About the application method and the rental charge
【 Use period 】One Period is Six days from Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is the day of carrying in.
【 Duration 】12:00AM-7:00PM. (Mon.~Sat)
11:00AM-5:00PM (Sunday)
【 Rental charge 】500,000 JPY(without consumption tax).
【 Contract 】Please pay the half of the rental charge as reservation fee and deposit. Another half of rental charge should be paid by the day before the exhibition opening.
【 Cancellation 】Please bear the full amount of the rental charge to the cancellation by convenience on the user side.
【 Vessel 】10 pieces of display table (W180 D60 H80). 20 pieces of Wooden chair.
●Carry,Decorate and During the Session
※Please complete carrying and decorating from 2:00PM to 5:00PM on Monday. The customer must arrange own staff to work and installion. (The art gallery staff cannot help at all.)
We have an inventory space of the case packing material of the work.
※Even if the unexpected disaster (fire, theft, and stain) break out during the session, we doesn't owe the blame. Please get insurance at the exhibition .
※Please afford repair expenses when the wall or floor and machines are damaged due to user’s carelessness.

●申请方法及租金说明
【使用期间】原则6天为1租用单位(星期二～星期日)。星期一为搬入日。
【使用时间】上午12点～下午7点(星期一～星期六)。
上午11点～下午5点(星期日)
【使用费用】￥５００，０００日元(消費税別)。
【契约】预约时,请先预付50%租金费用为保证金,才予以保留，余款必须在开展日前一天以前付清。
【解除合同】使用者方面的情况的解除合同，请承担使用费用的全额。
【备品】展示用桌子10台（W180cm,D60cm, H80cm）,折叠椅子(木制)20把
●布展及展览期间使用注意事项
※请在展览会期前一天的下午2点～5点间完成搬运与布展的工作。请自行安排布展以及展示工作人员。（画廊职员无法兼职帮忙）有作品展示的桌子及其他，作品请妥善包装及自行保管。
※展览期间如有意外的灾害（火灾，失盗，污损等），本画廊不承担其责任。
另外，关于贵重物品的展览，请务必为贵重物品加入保险。
※如果由使用者方面使用不当而造成墙面，地板，容器备品等的破损，遗失及污染,必须以实际费用赔偿。
