I've got a strained back yesterday morning,

3/5 I had to keep standing for a little time.because I couldn't walk soon.

昨日の朝、ぎっくり腰になった。立ったまま歩けなくなった。

And last person of my family caught a cold too.

そして最後の１人が風邪で熱を出した！とうとう、全員風邪をひいた。
