乔拜登总统指责中国隐瞒有关冠状病毒起源的“重要信息”不透明。
这是基于有关该病毒起源于中国的实验室泄漏的指控的情报声明，该国是发现 Covid-19 的最初地点。

拜登表示，美国将继续与其盟友合作，向北京施压，要求其与世界卫生组织（WHO）合作分享更多信息。

与此同时，中国大使馆拒绝了美国情报部门的调查结果。据大使馆称，追踪病毒的起源是一门科学问题。因此，案件和调查只能留给科学家，而不是情报专家。
