The fierce battle and hot battle of the Tokyo Olympics are over !

The second Olympics in Japan ! There were an expected developments

and unexpected accidents 。 There was also an upset ! The Olympics

held in the state of emergencｙ 。 There may have been people who were

well prepared, people who were not well prepared, and teams !

It's an unattended Olympics, but the fierce battle continued until the

end 。 The total number of gold, silver and bronze medals in Japan is the

highest ever。 27 gold, 14 silver, 17 bronze, 58 in total 。 Athletes were

great !! Congratulations !!

Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony 。 People with different

personalities, cultures and backgrounds enhance and understand each

other through sports 。 A ceremony where we can share the same

excitement wherever we are and connect it to the future 。 That is the 

most important thing about the closing ceremony 。 It seems that it

means something like this 。 Anyway, Japan was able to safely take over

to Paris, the venue for 2024 ! People from all over the world and athletes

who participated in the Tokyo Olympics 。 Thank you for the historic

impression ! It will be a precious memory that we will never forget 。

      結婚２５周年記念を話し合って初夏のラロトンガへ行く。 25周年記念　

      クック諸島　Day3-7（ラロトンガで、カニカニ王国発見！）＜前編 ＞

夫と一緒にThe Mooring FishCaféで遅いランチをして帰る。 するとホテル近

くの道路で小さな物が緑から青に変わって動いていました。 近づいてよく見

ると小さなカニが歩いていた。 林の中のあちこちがカニで青色に光っていま

すね。びっくりしますよね！ カニは森の中を砂浜に向かって歩いています

ね。 たくさんのカニの赤い体が浜辺を歩いていて よく見ると砂に穴がたくさん

あるのですね。 その穴から沢山の蟹が出たり入ったりしています。 よく見ると

道路の蟹とは違っていて ビーチカニは小さく、はさみは1つしか無いとは驚き

ですね！そしてこのビーチにはいたるところに小さな穴がたくさんあります  

そうです,　ここのビーチは蟹の王国で今は引き潮なので穴からゾロゾロ出て

来ましたね！！ それから貴方たちは道路に戻り、ホテルに向かって歩き素

敵な椰子の並木道を歩く。 干潮で天気も良く、景色も綺麗で昨日とは全く違

う景色ですね！！ よい時期に行かれましたね！！ この島は遠浅が物凄く

今日は前方の二つの島が大変近くにみえますね！！ よかったですね！！

＊＜森の番人＞さん　大変驚きました。クック諸島から東京オリンピックに

６人のアスリートが参加されていましたね。素晴らしい事ですね！ 日本の

初出場は１９１２年のストックホルムオリンピックだそうです。2人のアスリート

が始めて参加したそうです。 何事も第一歩から始まるのですよね。

今後の活躍が楽しみですね！クック諸島の皆様大変おめでとうございます

The fierce battle and hot battle of the Tokyo Olympics continue 。

There are expected development and unexpected accidents 。 And there

will be an upset !! Tokyo Olympics in a state of emergency 。

Some people are well prepared, some are not well prepared, and some

until the end　。 The venue Japan is steadily winning medals ! Japan has

a lot of gold medals in particular. I'm very happy 。 There was also a

of emergency 。 I support you on TV !  By the way, the fourth state of

emergency has now been declared in Tokyo 。 The period is from July

11th to August 22nd 。 However, since the spread of infection does not

stop 。 Tokyo and Okinawa will be extended again。 And stste of

emergency declarations were issued in Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, and

Osaka prefectures 。 The period is from August 2nd to 31st 。 Currently,

it seems that the number of Delta variant is increasing 。 Viruses are

constantly changing, right ！

   ＜1か月間の北イタリア旅2019-2020【アバノテルメ編】＞「後編」

ご了承ください。 さてテルメの時間なので水着に着替え水泳帽をつけて入る

とそこはプールのような大きな温泉ですね！ 若者カップルから年配者まで沢

山いてロシアやドイツの人達もおられますね！ ぬるま湯の温泉に浮き輪らし

き物が浮かんでいる 。 そして大学生のインストラクターがエアロビクスを始め

全員が１時間位水中 エアロビクスとは驚きですね。 喉が渇いたのでジュース

タイムですね！熱くなったり嫌されたり横になったりして 時間を費やして今度

は暗くて少し熱い洞窟サウナですね。 そこで３世代で来ているおばあちゃん

に出会い話が弾み和みましたね。 息子さんも孫さんとも話が弾み楽しかった

ですね！旅行の醍醐味ですよね。 同じ目的で来ているから直ぐに友達にな

れるのでしょうね！ 一期一会の出会いでしょうか！ 屋内プールから屋外

プールそして室内プールと露天風呂 。 そして夕日を見ながら黄昏の露天風

呂、やがて綺麗なお月さんを 見ながら極楽、極楽を満喫されましたね！！

テルメに来た甲斐がありましたね。 レストランの閉店までゆっくり寛いだので

外で食事ですね。 美しい月とイルミネーションを見ながら歩きレストランで食

事。 デザートもあり美味しく完食！！ 美しい月に照らされて輝いているホテ

ルに帰り一番の高級ホテルで 一日を振り返りぐっすり眠られましたね！！

明日はパドヴァですね！！おやすみなさい！！

Dear ＜森の番人＞　　I am ＜ヤドカリ旅行記 ＞ How are you ! !

The opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics was held 。

The lighting ceremony of the torch stand is for athletes who were active

in the Olympics 。 And ｔhere are many people who played an active part

in the former Nippon Professional Baseball ! I remember those days

nostalgic ! Naomi Osaka, an active player ,played a major role in lighting

the torch stand 。 Thank you very much for your hard work 。 It was a

masterpiece finale 。 Many athletes were proudly admission marched in

Canada as well 。 The greeting from IOC President Bach was also

wonderful 。 It's the Olympic Games in Tokyo, so it's all Japanese time,

so it's good ! Until now, even in daytime competitions, I often lacked

sleep due to watching TV at midnight 。 I was grateful to see it because

it was broadcast live !  By the way, Japan won the gold medal

immediately on the first day of the tournament ! Congratulations to

Takatou for the 60 kg class of Japanese specialty men's judo 。Japan

won the gold medal for the first time in 17 years 。It was really good 。

Congratulations to the girls for winning the silver medal 。 I'm looking

forward to future activities 。

25周年記念　クック諸島　Day3-6（The Mooring Fish Cafeで遅めのランチ）

「後編」 です 。カフェのオーナーは海釣りツアーを担当！！ 大きな魚を持ち

上げる滑車がありますね！ オーナーは桟橋から外海の大海原に出かける

のですね！ ツアー用の船が桟橋の近くにあるけど船酔いするような小型で

すね！ 桟橋の近くに小さな魚の群れがたくさんいますが、やがて太平洋に

行き大きな魚となるのですね！！楽しみですね！ それにしても桟橋から見た

海と空は魅力的なのですね！ その風景の写真を撮りたいのですが先客が

いて写真が撮れないので、 人、桟橋、風景の写真を撮る。 結構いい感じの

人と風景写真ですよ！！ 近くの看板に日本の国旗があ里「日本,草の根桟橋

プロジェクト」 と書かれていますね！！日本も様々な国へ支援金をしている

のですね！ そろそろホテルのハッピーアワーで飲む時間になりましたね。

The Tokyo Olympics have begun ！! Congratulations very much !!

The passion of the IOC, the Japanese government, and the JOC has

come true 。 And the warm support and cooperation of everyone

around the world 。 If you think about it, the spread of the new

coronavirus became a pandemic and was postponed for one year。 And

Tokyo has issued four states of emergency 。 I think the hardships of the

players and the tournament management were also difficult。 I think it is

difficult for athletes and tournament organizers to prevent infection with

the new coronavirus 。 I hope the competition will proceed as planned

and finish safely anyway 。 Of course, I'm also interested in medals 。

ご了承ください。 まるで素敵な小さな地球のような場所なのですね！！

その後、予約したホテルに戻りましたが、リニューアルされたインテリア。

正面玄関にある真っ白で勇敢なライオン像が美しいですね！ 青空に映える

白いホテルＶＥＮＥＺＩＡに西日が美しく差し込む。 西日が差し込む美しい

ホテルにチェックイン。 隣の部屋からが新館で私の部屋は旧館でクラシカル

な感じですね。 ですが部屋の家具やカラーリングもかわいい、絨毯の柄はい

い感じですね！ 隣の新しい建物は西の太陽の下でまばゆいばかりですね！

さて、いよいよテルメの時間なので水着に着替える。 そして、水泳帽を買って

からテルメに行き、 入ってみたらプールくらいの大きさの温泉ですね！

びっくりですね！！ 若者カップルから年配者まで沢山いますね！

Thank you for your continued support 。

The Japanese archipelago near the end of the rainy season 。

A torrential rain of 100 mm rain per hour that cannot be imagined 。

And a tremendous thunder continued for a long time 。 We would like

to express our deepest sympathies to the affected areas and everyone 。

And the spread of the new coronavirus will not stop 。 It seem that the

supply of vaccines is delayed 。 The opening of the Tokyo Olympics is

「続編」 です 。ビール無しの遅いランチを二人で堪能できましたね！

ポストカードのように素敵な椰子の木が近くに見えて、 砂の上にたくさんの

大きな果物を持って頑丈に立っている椰子の木。 美しい海と空、浮かぶ小島

とヤシの木。 あなたは夢中で何枚も写真に挑戦しましたね。結構ポストカー

ドのような雰囲気に撮れたようですね！！ この写真で見る限りポスとカード

の様に美しく見えます！！ 写真は太陽の位置によって異なりますよね。

青い芝生にパラソルと白い椅子と腰掛！！ 南国情緒静かに時間が流れ

長閑な昼下がりを堪能していると、 どこからともなく綺麗な鶏が突然現れまし

たね。 この島はどこにも沢山の鶏がいてテーブルの下でお客の落し物を待っ

ている 。 なんとも鶏のユーモラスな昼下がりの光景ですね！！ このカフェで

は、奥さんが料理をし、すべてを自分で行い明日の準備のため午後４時には

閉店ですね。 カフェのオーナーは海釣りツアーを担当なのですね！！

The rainy season will continue for a long time 。 Heavy rains have fallen

in various places, causing great damage 。 It's hard because the end of

the rainy season hasn't been declared yet 。 We would like to express

our deepest sympathies to the people in the affected areas 。

By the way, the fourth state of emergency has been decided in Tokyo 。

The period is from 11th of this month to 22nd of August 。

There is a tendency of the spread of infection, which seems to be the

5th wave 。 Therefore, the venue for the Olympic Games in Tokyo was

decided to be unattended 。 Many people would have been looking

forward to watching the game 。 It was a very disappointing result 。

1か月間の北イタリア旅2019-2020【アバノテルメ編】「前編」 ご了承ください。

おはようございます。ミラノの散策を終了してヴェネト地方のアバノテルメへ行

きます。 ヴェネトはミラノからアウトストラーダで3時間ちょっとの所ですね。

SAのアウトグリルに寄り休憩と朝食ですね。 そして朝食メニューが出て来る

のを待つ。 グルメエリアのクスクスやその他の多くの料理。 さすがイタリアク

オリティ、大変美味しそうですね。 沢山のメニューから美味しいフォカッチャを

決めましたね！ そしてSAを出発し、やがてアバノテルメに到着ですね。

さらに本日宿泊するホテルテルメヴェネチアに到着！ 然しホテルに入らずに

昼食に街を散歩する。 高級な温泉街として栄えたアバノテルメは今は古くて

寂しい温泉町！ 雰囲気も味も良くないバールで昼食をしましたが美食のイタ

リアで こんな美味しくない料理を初めて経験しましたね。 ここのホテルの

ネーミングは世界の地名が付いている。

    大変お疲れさまでした 。

＊PS 　オリンピックの会場が東京都に続いて、千葉県、神奈川県、埼玉県

が無観客を決定しましたね！断腸の思いでしょうね！残念ですね！

今後他県の会場も可能性がありますね！！

I look forward to working with you this month as well。

Record heavy rains have fallen in the Tokai and Kanto regions earlier this

month。 Then, a large-scale debris flow occurred, causing damage to

houses and many people。 I would like to express my deepest

sympathies。 It seems that heavy rain is expected nationwide in the

future。 I just pray that the rainy season will end soon。

25周年記念　クック諸島　Day3-6（The Mooring Fish Cafeで遅めのランチ）

前編です。 今日は朝から二人で海で遊んで午後２時過ぎにホテルに帰り

シャワーを浴びる。 ホテルを出て北の方へ向かって二人で歩いてゆく。

すると浜辺にカニがどこからともなく沢山出て来る。 よく見るとビーチにはカニ

のデコボコの巣穴がたくさんありますね。 そして途中にたくさんの大きなココ

ナッツの木が並んでいます。 大きな果実が成長し、枝は大きく曲がり年間に

１００個の実がなるとは凄いですね！ しばらくして目的地のThe Mooring

Fish Caféに到着。 ここはとても新鮮な魚料理が自慢のカフェなのですね！

注文して椅子に腰をかけてしばらく美しいムリラグーンを眺めながら料理を

待つ。 ここはムリビーチの北の端っこで、目の前に見える素敵な島はモトゥタ

プですね。 先客がビールを美味しそうに飲んでいる人達がいるので 貴方た

ちもビールも注文しましたがビールは持ち込みなのですね！ あらかじめお知

らせがあればよかったですね！残念ですね！ 気をとりなをしてCombo

Saladっていう色々な盛り合わを注文。 大きいマヒマヒのフライと焼いたツナ、

そして新鮮なサラダ料理： ツナは中がほんのりレアな焼き加減で美味しくマヒ

マヒのフライ美味しかったですね。 マンゴーを使った、サラダドレッシングも美

味しかった。 ポストカードのように素敵な椰子の木を近くに見ながら、 ビール

無しの遅いランチを二人で堪能できてよかったですね！！

Dear＜cookie＞ I am ＜ヤドカリ旅行記＞ How are you !!

I look forward to working with you this month as well 。

It's early, isn't it July ? Half of this year has passed 。 It seems that the

rainy season is not over yet 。 But we sometimes feel the summer

sunshine and see the summer clouds 。 The Olympics will be held this

month, and the Paralympics will be held in August。 I pray that the

weather will be good and that it will be completed without any  

accidents 。 Vaccination is progressing ! I hope everyone can get

vaccinated as soon as possible 。

       さて本題に入ります

      ＜ 1か月間の北イタリア旅2019-2020【ミラノ散歩編】 ＞

       ご了承ください。 今日は正午からミラノの街を散歩ですね。 ミラノの地下

鉄の終点にあるRHOに正午頃に到着しバーで朝食の食事ですね。 曇り空の

ＲＨＯの町を散歩しますが町は冬の服装の人ばかりですね。 天井が大変高

いショッピングモールに入り奥の沢山のお店を見学。 ＲＨＯから殆んど貸切り

状態のメトロで中心街まで行きRANZAで下車。 見渡す限りの素晴らしい青空

のブレア付近をぶらぶらお散歩ですね。 天気がよければ心も弾み散歩も楽し

いですね！！ そして貴方の大好きなフォカッチャの昼食の時間が始まります

ね。 貴方が迷うほどの種類が沢山陳列してあり,その中からオリジナルの

シンプルが最も美味しい玉ねぎを注文ですね。 そしてオーダーしてフォカッ

チャを焼いてもらい食べやすい 大きさにカットしてもらって食べる。美味しいで

しょうね！！ そしてドリンクは最近お気に入りのレモネードですね。 食事が済

んだので,これから食後の散歩にでかけると ミラノを象徴する素敵な黄色い

トラムが走っていて トラムが近づいてきたので記念写真ですね！！

タイミングがよかったですね！！ついていましたね！！ 目の前のユニクロ

ミラノとデリバリーサービスのお兄さんが 荷物を背中に負いかっこのよい

男性が通り過ぎるのを記念写真！！ 素敵に撮れていますね。 青空にそびえ

立つドゥオーモに行き,さらに デパート.ラ・リナシェンテでトイレ休憩して最上

階を目指す。 店内フロアには素敵な商品がずらりと並びスイーツを購入。

そしてカフェで恒例の大好きなエスプレッソを飲む。 夕方の混雑を避けて

ツアー終了ですね！！ 今夜は調理した鴨肉とカルチョーフォですね。

明日もミラノ散策に出かけます！　お休みなさい！！

Beautiful glaciers and picturesque glacial lakes with 3000m-class

mountains ! I remember your travelogue ! Where are you going this

      さて本題に入ります。

      結婚２５周年記念を話し合って初夏のラロトンガへ行く。 25周年記念　

      クック諸島　Day3-4（Koka Lagoon Cruises） 「後編」です。

食事の後、みんなが美しいビーチで楽しんでいますね 。スタッフの呼びかけ

で木の前に集まり木登り対決が始まりましたね 。 国ごとの対決ですが誰も

１ｍぐらいですね。 スタッフは流石にココナッツの木に手を掛けて上手に登り

ますね。 スタッフはあっというまにココナッツの葉っぱに隠れて見えなくなり

ココナッツを落とすと,少し降りてきてあっという間に下まで降りる。 ココナッツ

の木登りのプロですね！！凄いですね！ 今度は場所を変えてココナツリーフ

教室が始まりですね。 彼は椅子に座って皆に丁寧に教えていますが, お手本

どおりなかなか上手く作れませんね。 来場者の皆さんが真剣な眼差しでじっ

と見つめていますね。 今度ははココナッツの割り方の講習会ですがココナッ

ツは割れずに スタッフの大事な商売道具の棒を折ってしまいましたね。

スタッフは別の棒を取り出してココナッツに突き刺し見事に割りましたね！！

ココナッツの割り方もプロ中のプロですね！！ そしてスタッフの逞しい

パフォーマンスが続きますね！！

How are you ! Wherw there any changes 。 It's early ! This month is also

the end of the month。 The rainy season is not over in Japan yet 。

Now is the summer solstice and the longest daytime 。 But morning and

evening are cool 。 By the way, 9 prefectures have been lifted from the

state of emergency 。 Currently, shift to stricter measures to prevent the

spread of the coronavirus。 It has been decided that the Olympics and

Paralympics will be held in Japan 。 It is held in the corona disaster 。

I just hope it will be a great success 。

    さて本題に入ります。

Captain Tama's Lagoon Cruizesは昼食の準備中です。 スタッフが玉ねぎ、

ソーセージ、ナスを焼いて準備しています。 コカラグーンクルーズはもうすぐ

食べ終わる時間ですから, 二人でコカラグーンクルーズの方へ行きましたね。

すると誰もが島の至る所で自由にリラックスしている。 スタッフが草で作った

冠がテーブルの上にあり、 草の冠を作った作業現場がありますね。 腕が太く

て体格の良いスタッフの男性もいますね。 沢山のつっかえ棒をした木が至る

所にあり軟弱な砂浜の上なのに, 育つ木がありますね。そして倒れそうで倒

れない不思議な絵になる木もありますね。 お客はバーベキューバッフェという

感じなランチ中。 やがてドラム演奏のショータイムが始まりましたね！ 多くの

パフォーマーは逞しく、上半身は裸ですね。 誕生日の人達に草の冠を被せ

て”サプライズ”のお祝いですね。 ツアーに来て誕生日のお祝いは大変うれし

いでしょうね！！ スタッフに感謝、感謝ですね！！ 砂浜の多くの木々が憩い

の木陰を作り幸い、このビーチは人気がありますが、混雑しない程度の丁度

の観光地ですね！！ 食事の後、みんなが美しいビーチで楽しんでいます

ね。 火を燃やして料理をする広い場所があり スタッフの呼びかけで木の前に

観光客は集まり 砂遊びに夢中になっている子供たちもいますね！！
