現時点では WinFSにメタ検索機能が備わっている程度の情報しか公開されていませんが、
Transaction処理を意識した Object Based Storageに近いような気がします。
WinHECでも毎年ネットワークデバイス(iSCSI, TOE等)を取り上げていますので、
データインテンシブなアプリケーションでどうなるか楽しみです。
