５月頃になると、きれいな花が咲くそうです。

手入れが簡単で、水をやる必要がなく


空気中の水蒸気を取り込むそうです。

石の器を作り、株分けします。

Make stone container and divide roots for replanting.

器は結構味があるのですが、うまく写真が撮れてません。

The container has a good taste, but couldn't take photo well.


器つくりも結構大変。

It's difficult to make a container.

さて、どんな花が咲くのか楽しみです。

botan‥‥という名の糸屋さん A Flower Shop Called botan

Ｂ型就労継続支援事業所を利用しているＡさんは散歩が好きです。

散歩しながらいろんな家の庭や花やお店を見るのが好きです。

そんな彼女が見つけたお店が「botan 工房」という名の糸屋さんです。
社会見学ということで、利用者さんと一緒に訪ねてみました。



カラフルな糸の歓迎を受け癒される空間です。



ここにはいろんな種類の毛糸が販売されていて、

自分の好きな毛糸を何本か選んで、オリジナルの毛糸を作ることができます。


真ん中のボンボンがついたのも毛糸です‥‥おもしろい

通信販売もやっていて、一度買ってくれるとリピーターになる方が多いそうです。


糸紡ぎ Spinning yarns

店主の渡辺さんは、毛糸の販売を始めて１３年、通信販売を始めてお客様の和が全国に広がり

この仕事がますます面白くなったそうです。

今は、静かな毛糸ブームで通販での購入は結構多いそうです。

編み物をされる方は、やはり色や質感などこだわりがある方が多いそうで

来店されたお客様と話しながら学ぶことや発見もあると、生き生きと話してくれました。

私もいろいろ質問したのですが親切に教えてくださりとても感じのよい方でした。

県内の作家さんの作品なども展示してあります。


これはかわいい赤ちゃん用の靴ですね These are cute shoes for babies.

値段も手ごろです。秤売りで少量の販売にも対応してくれるそうです。

グラムいくらか教えてくださったのですが忘れてしまいました‥‥

セールで一玉１００円の毛糸があったので

同行したＭさんが３玉購入。


こんなかわいい袋に入れてくれます。 He put it in these kinds of cute bags.

２月には編み物教室も開かれる予定だそうです。

この日はお休みでしたが、隣に小さなコーヒーコーナーもあります。

編み物が好きで関心のある方は、一度訪ねてみてください。






Ms. A who uses continuous employment support Type B likes waking a walk.

What she found was a yarn seller called “botan koubou”
We visited the shop with users.
It is the space that can relieve you with colorful yarn.
There are a lot of kinds of yarns, and you can make your original knitting wool by choosing your favorite yarn.
The middle one with pompon is also knitting wool.. interesting.
They are doing mail order, once they bought they repeat buying them again.
Master Watanabe started selling yarn 13 years ago, started mail order and customers spread and Master Watanabe feel fun doing this job.
Now calm yarn boom and people who buy by mail order increased.
People who are knitting, choose color and quality carefully, Master Watanabe told lively he learn from his customers.
I asked a lot and he answered very kindly so he is very nice person.
There are displays of artists of the prefecture.
It is reasonable. He sell even small amount of the products.
I forgot how much for a one gram.
Mr. M bought 3 balls who came with me, because it was on sale.
Lectures of knitting will be held in February.
It was off on that day, but there is a café the next to it.
If you are interested, you had better visit there.

感謝祭！？ Thanks Fair!?

２１日は、感謝祭と銘打って

まずは、太陽工房のオリジナルカレー(今回は佐賀地鶏のチキンカレー)を

身近な人たちに知ってもらおうと

居宅介護支援事業部のヘルパーさんたちや

Ｂ型事業所のメンバーやスタッフ

バリアフリーアパートの方たちに

昼食を無料で提供する機会を設けました。

当日のＡ型就労の厨房はいつもの作業よりもちょっと忙しく

それでも、みんなそれぞれ利用者さんもスタッフも一緒になって

働いていました。

丁度この日から、特別支援学校の１年生が実習に入っていて

初日でしたが、普段の作業ではできないことをいろいろ体験できたことは

良かったのではないかと思います。

管理人も一緒に働きましたが、一日立って働くと大変ですね

ちょっと疲れましたが、利用者さん達はこれを毎日頑張っているんだと思うと

頭が下がります。


We provided an oppotunity to serve lunch to helpers, members, staff, and people who live in barrier free apartment,
to make them know much about Taiyo Koubou's original curry.
On the day, the members of Type A are busy, but the users and staff are working together.
Just on the day special school first grade students having a traning, it was the first day,
but it might be great that they could experience things that they can't do ordinary.
the supervisor worked together, but it's tough to work whole day.
If I think they are doing this everyday I take my hat off to them.

美味しい唐揚げも作ってカレーに乗せます。ボールに入った白いものは手作りマヨネーズ

時間になりヘルパーさんたちが食事を取に来ました。
It's time for helpers to eat.



厨房のメンバーも楽しい食事の時間です。
For the members in the kitchen also have joyful eating time.



片付けはたいへんですね、洗い物もいっぱいです。

この日はみんな時間を少し延長して早く終わるように頑張りました。

みなさん、お疲れさまでした。

地域の中でクルクルと‥‥？ Around and Around in the society...?

朝早くから、夜中の１２時まで稼働しているヘルパーさんたち。

中には、個人宅の泊まり勤務の夜勤もあり

サンシャインアパートでは、当直者もいます。

障害を持って地域の中で１人暮らしをする。

言葉でいうと簡単ですが、周りのサポートと本人の意思

と信念が必要になります。

ヘルパーさんたちの仕事は基本的に

「身体介護」「生活援助」「相談・助言」になり

生活全般をサポートしてゆきます。

ヘルパーさんの派遣時間も決まっているので

とくに家事援助の利用時は、その時間帯に何をどうしてもらおうかと

考えて指示しないといけないのでいろいろ頭を使う、という利用者さんもいます。

また、重度訪問介護の方もいらっしゃいます。

利用者さんがインフルエンザ等の伝染性疾患に罹った時も

家族がいない場合は、訪問してサポートします。

なので、職員の予防注射は必須です。

就労支援事業所「太陽工房」の上は、バリアフリーアパートになっていますが

そこにも、一人暮らしの障害者の方々はいらっしゃいます。

１Fの事務所には毎夜、男性職員が当直をし定時に重度の障害がある方々の

部屋を巡回し、安全と安心を提供してゆく努力をさせていただいています。


介護の資格制度も変わります。

「トータルサポート太陽」のヘルパーさん達も、日頃から研修などに参加しながら

技術を磨いて頑張っています。



定期的に研修会にも参加し介護福祉士としての技術を磨きつつ

地域の中でクルクルと動き回りながら、今日も笑顔で頑張っています。

いつもお疲れさまです。



Helpers work from early in the morning to midnight.
Sometimes they stay at an individual house, there are people who are concerned at Sunshine Apartment.
Live by yourself with disabilities in the community.
It’s easy to say, but it requires support of people around you and belief.
Helpers’ works are all of the daily things like “physical care,” “life support,” and “consultation and advice.”
We support all kinds of the stuff.
Helpers’ working times have been decided, so it is difficult for users to how to direct helpers in time.
Plus, there are people need severe visit nursing.
We go support users even if they caught flu and in the case of there aren’t their families.
So staff have to take a flu shot.
There are people who live at Taiyo Koubou, because continuous employment office “Taiyo Koubou” is barrier free.
At every night at first floor’s office male staff stays over and goes around to check the user, so we are offering safety and relief.
Nursing certificate system will change.
The staff of “Total Support Taiyo” by taking part in meetings daily and improve their skills.
We are doing our best going around and around in the society, improving their skills as care worker by taking part in meetings regularly. We work with smiles every day.

おめでとう！ Congratulations!

何がめでたいかと言うと

今日は、障害者就労継続支援Ａ型事業所で働いている

ある利用者さんの誕生日でした。

昼食が終り、最後に職員が小さなケーキにろうそくを立て

サプライズ！と言いながらケーキを持ってきました。

誕生日の本人はびっくりした表情

普段はおとなしい方なので、感情表現も控えめでしたが

終始笑顔だったので、私たちも嬉しくなりました。

誕生日の歌を歌う前に、ろうそくの火を消してしまったので

もう一度やりなおし。

段取りがづれ、ちょっとおかしな誕生日サプライズでしたが

事業所内はみんなの笑いに包まれて、幸せなひと時でした。

若いスタッフが「わたしの時も、出勤日であればあるの？」と

頬を紅潮させながら聞いてきます。


フッ‥・・・スタッフはありませんので悪しからず。



Today was the birthday of a worker of people with disabilities supported employment Type A.
After lunch, staff put a candle in a cake and brought the cake saying “Surprise!.”
The person herself looked very surprised.
She is usually a quiet person so her expression of her feeling was moderate, but she was smiling from the beginning to the ending, so we staff were very happy.
We restarted the celebration because she put out the fire of the candle before we sing the birthday song.
It was a great moment with full of laugh even though misarranged the plan and it became a strange birthday surprise.
Young staffs asked “If our birthdays are on the business day, will we have a birthday party?”
However, not for staffs, hmph.
