お料理教室まとめ投稿

帰ってきてから、お料理教室、月2回真面目に通っていました。

資格とろうか、価値あるか迷ったけど、資格持ってたら世界にある支店でも働けるし、時間組んでやから、トレーニングとの両立もできるかなって、あと、やっぱり極めるには、習うだけじゃなくて、教えるって過程も大事なので、教える場を得る為にも資格とることにしました。

料理は好きやから極めたいしね。パパパッっておいしいの作れる人になりたい。

これは、点心。たくさん作るのは時間かかるから、子供できたら1日かけていろんな種類を一緒に作りたいな。

これは、フランス料理。このワイン煮込みメッチャおいしくて、違う肉で2回作りました。

牛タンと、スペアリブ。

おせち料理。外国から誰かきたら作ってあげたいな。外人さんむけお料理教室ひらいたら、英語の勉強にもなるし一石二鳥やん。その前にある程度の英語力を身につけねば。

アジア料理。結構香辛料いるから、作るのは世界一周終ってちゃんと帰ってきてからかな。

パンの最終回は、ピザ。みんなパンが一番楽しいっていうけど、私にとったら発酵や焼き時間など休憩多いから少しつまんない。

基本わかったから後はネットのレシピ見て作るかな。だから更新はしないのです。

インド料理。カレーにとろみとまろやかさをだすために、カシューナッツをいれるのは斬新でした。これまだ作ってないけど、いつか作りたいな。

ただ、香辛料問題。世界一周の最後インドやったら香辛料買って帰ろ。

中華料理。ボリューム満点。

フランス料理。このローストビーフ。いろんな肉でやったけど、メッチャ簡単で大好評。

玉ねぎのスープも甘くっておいしい。一番上のスモークサーモンのはおつまみにも、ピザの具にもピッタリ。

韓国料理。この日は急ぎの為、お持ち帰り。肉肉しくってお腹イッパイ。

鳥一匹使うからパーティー料理にいいね。

最近、家に人よんでご飯食べるの楽しい。海外の人がホームパーティーよくするのがわかる。

日本の郷土料理。まぁまぁ普通。枝豆で作るあんこはおいしかった。

ごうや食べたら、沖縄行きたくなった。

世界一周再出発の行きか帰りで日本をヒッチハイクでまわってみたい。

おもてなし料理。このローストビーフも前のフランス料理と同じ作り方で肉とソースかえただけ。。

マスターコースでコースになっててみんな学ばなあかんねんから、メニューかぶるんはどうかと思う。

おもてなしのバリエーションってほしいやん。

バーニャカウダーはおいしかった。牛乳でニンニクをコトコト煮込むのは斬新でした。

お寿司は残念ながらあまりおいしくなかった。

そんなこんなで、料理教室最終まであと1回。最後の日はテスト。全然勉強してないや。

4月になったら時間ができるからやる予定です。

We met many kind people in Mexico

アメリカから国境を歩いて渡ってはいったメキシコ。

とにかく親切な人が多くて素敵な出会いがイッパイあったメキシコ。食べ物もおいしくて気づけば３３日も滞在していた国。

We stayed in Mexico for 33days.

It is the most long stay country during our world journey.

Because Mexican is very cheerful and foods are very good.

We met many kind people and delicious cuisine.

We through across the border between America and Mexico by bridge on our food.

Our first city of our journey in Mexico was Chihuahua city.
At first, we asked a woman how to take the bus.
She stopped her work and took us there and told the bus driver our destination.

She is the first kind person in Mexico.
And the second kind person is the bus driver.
We did not have a small coin of Peso.
He permitted us to take the bus with free charge.

The next day, we met the girl who is a university student.
She helped us and invited her home and went for sightseeing by family car.
We could see the wonderful night view of Chihuahua city and a beautiful lake that only know local people.
And ate special Mexican Tacos.

She likes Japanese culture. Because she likes anime, especially Kawaii.
So she wanna visit to Japan.
I really wanna come in my home and see her again.

The woman who is in the center of the picture likes Japan too. We met her when we join the Tequila tour.
We met a lot of people who like Japan during the travel.
We are lucky because we are Japanese!!
And we are glad to hear that.

He told us about how to go to the ferry dock. Then he takes us to the way that we can go there easily.

When we were finding a cooking school in Oahaca, we met her　by the roadside and she invited us at her house.
She cannot speak English.
She only speaks Spanish.
But we can not speak Spanish.
However, we could communicate with each other.
Because we had a dictionary/
It was a wonderful time for us.

She is the best cook in Mexico.
She tough me how to cook Mexican traditional cuisine.

 

We love Mexican foods.Mexico has many kinds of good cuisine.
We tried many Mexican cuisine. Tacos, soup, guacamole, ceviche, tostada, enchilada, burrito and more.

Especially ice cream!!

I think Mexican fruit ice candies are the most delicious ice candy in the world.

If you have a chance to visit Mexico,you should eat many kinds of fruit ice cream.

Mexican graves are colorful and various types.
They are different from Japanese one.
Actually Mexican and Japanese are different thinking about die.

It is one of the traditional festival in Mexico.

There were many skeleton dolls in the city La Paz.

In La Paz ,we can swim with sea lions.

We joined the tour and took a boat, then we can swim.
Here is a sea lion colony.

It is good experience for me.
I feel like a sea lion!!

This is one of the famous ruins named " Teotihuacan"

Mexico has many ruins like this.
It is huge so we were tired to walk around.

This is called "Mexican grand canyon".
But the grand canyon in America is amazing than this one.

This city has colorful buildings.

This is a library in Mexico city.
There are many books and amazing book shelf.

Mexico has kind people, various cuisines and many sightseeing places so we stayed there over a month.
But it is not enough time for us.
We wanna stay there more days.

 

America is the most amazing country for us!!

カナダから橋を渡って国境を通過しアメリカへ。

そこからバスでニューヨーク→ワシントン　いっきに飛んでラスベガスへ。そこからレンタカー借りて国立公園巡り。

アメリカは、自然も、都会もスケールが大きい。旅行しててアメリカ人に会わないのは自分の国だけで全て満足するからなのかもと思ってしまう。

2014年9月25日~10月20日まで25日間いたけど、まだまだ行きたい場所、リピートしたい場所がたくさん。必ずまた訪れるだろうなって思う国アメリカ。

We went across the border between Canada and America at the center of the bridge in our food.
So we saw Niagara fall both sides.
We were able to overlook all falls in Canadian side. It was huge view!!
American side, we were able to go to the top of the falls.We felt strong water.

After that,we went to New York by night bus.

The bus arrived at the New York bus terminal in the next morning.
We saw around the city only one day.
Because it was too expensive for us to stay in the city. So we moved to the next city Washington on the same day by night bus again.
When we started to go around the city, we argue about something.
We decided that we go around the city separates.
It is my third times to visit the city.
But it is the first time for Taxi.
Our feeling was different.So it is a nice idea for us to see around separates.

I went to the famous places there.
I felt boring.
Because there are many people.
I hate crowded places and big city.
And I was alone and there was not something interesting for me because It was third time to visit there.

After New York, we visited in Washington to see museums.
There are a lot of free museums.
We stayed 3days 2night there.
Every day, we went out to see museums.
The city is too big to walk around.
We were very tired, but museums are interesting!!
3days are not enough to see all museums that we are interested in.

Next city is Las Vegas.

Of course, we tried to play casin o.

The result is of course....
Loser... hehehe.
But the city is very exciting. There are light up and many shows.
I want to visit again and win.

If we win the casin o next time, we want to rent a camping car and go around the U.S.A.

This photo is one of the famous balloon festival in Albuquerque.
There were many kinds of colorful balloons in the sky.
It started early morning.
When beginning time,the sky is dark.
It was gradually getting light.
Then they were very beautiful!!

In Sedona,we got the heart stones.

A stranger accosted us "The stone will bring good fortune" and handed to us.

Then the heart stones became our charm.

We always have carried it during our trip since this day.

America has big nature.
This is Bryce Canyon.

Evening is the best time to see the canyon.
Because you can see the canyon more red.

This is White sand.
It was white!! Very beautiful white.
You need sunglasses.

This is grand canyon.

It was very huge!!
We　had a BBQ with my cousin at the campsite near here.

The last time we ate warm cousin is when a week ago.
So we were happy to eat warm cousin.

It is the my best Canyon.

Truly, we want to go to "The wave".
How do you go to The wave??
We have to win in a drawing.
Only 10 people can go there.

We tried 3days.But we could win.
That is why we could not go and see "The wave"

 

This is a Disney Land in Carifolnia.

Of cause we enjoyed.

２５days is not enough for us.

Canada is the best of the country that I wanna live.

カナダは、一番住みたいと思った国。

友達が住んでるのもあるかもやけど、定時で仕事が終わること、移民に優しいいろんな制度があるのがいいよね。

We visited to Yellow Knife in Canada to see the Northern Light.
We tried to see that three times.
We joined the tower twice. We could see amazing that.
It was big and waved.

Futhermore,the tour company's owner is a dog trainer. He has many dogs and he won a lot of Sled dog competition.I was happy to tell him. Because I am a dogtraner too.

Last day,we tried to see ourself.
So we went to the dark side of the town.but we could not.
However, staying in Yellow Knife was very nice experience for us.

Second place of traveling in Canada was Edmonton that my friend is living now.

She used to be a dog trainer when she was living is Japan.

Now she has two children.

She took us to a huge dogrun.

This is the dog run.  Dogs can run long distances!!  And I think that dogs do not fight each other here because the place is very huge.  Space is very important to keep a good relationship for dogs.

She told us about how to work in Canada.
We envy Canada.
Because working time is shorter than Japan.
If you work even after the working hours, it is good to work long time in Japan.

But In Canada, People supposed to finish their work on time.
Because if you did not finish your work on time,your colleague and owner think you are incompetence.

I prefer Canadian side.

After visiting my friend,we visited to national park.

We saw wild animals,beautiful lake,powerful falls.

We went to drive Maple road by rental car.

The leaves were changed color.It were very beautiful!!

Finally,we visited to huge water falls named "Naiagara Falls".

It is the second largest falls in the word.

It was dynamic falls!!

Beside we could see beautiful rainbow.

It was the last place of our traveling in Canada.

Next country is America!!

 

 

 

 

 

料理教室 マスターコース【イタリアン】

イタリア料理。スーパーで売ってたミラノカツレツ。

イタリア語やったからミラノカツレツって何が普通のカツレツと違うのかわからんかったけど、習ってはじめてパン粉に粉チーズを混ぜるっていうのを知った。そっかそーゆーことか。

パスタも簡単に作れるけど、さすがにパスタマシーンは欲しいとは思わなかった。

 

New Zealand has a great nature!!

どこが、よかったってきかれてみんなに勧めることができる国。

ドライブしててあきない壮大な自然。最後に交通事故にあったけど、20万とんでったけどそれでもまた行きたいと思う国。

滞在　2014年8月27日~2014年9月10日　約15日　レンタカーで北島、南島を満喫。

We traveled around both islands in New Zealand by rental car about 2 weeks in 2014 summer.

There is the length and narrow country like Japan.
So the climate changed north to south place.
North island was colder than south island.

After we rented the car, we went to the supermarket and bought foods.
We decided that we sleep in the car.
Because the cost of living is high, so we could not stay hotel and go any restaurants.

We stayed in campsite cottage only three times.
Those days, it was winter season there, so we did not become our body bad smell.

Driving was very fun and feel good for us.
Because there are many great nature and wild animals.
We saw wild sea lions, penguins and birds.
It was our first time to see wild sea lions and penguins.

So it was very nice experience!!
Of course we saw many livestock, sheep. Because of New Zealand.

And there are beautiful waterfalls, rivers, lakes and mountains.

It's like the movie's world.

There are many kinds of nature.
We were impressed every day.

Especially, we recommend place is "Witomo Caves"
We can go inside of the cave.
And we can see a lot of land fireflies on the ceiling.
All of the land fireflies were lighting.
It was so amazing!!!
The entrance cost was very expensive, but you should go there!!
There is no place where you can feel such an experience.

There are some places that are smilar in Japan.
They have hot springs and cherry blossoms.
When we saw this, we felt nostalgic and make us happy.

It is our favorite cake in the world.
The name is "Pavlova".
It has just the right sweetness for us.
It's crispy but soft.
Anyway, it was so good!!

Of cause, Kiwis were great!!

We have nice memories in New Zealand.
But we have a only one but memorie.

It was a traffic accident.
When we crossed the street while the traffic signal blue, one of the car attached our car.
We think the traffic light on their side was red.
They should stop but they went through the street and attached.
It was their fault.
But nobody saw our accident.
The policemen could not judge who is faulty.
So we should pay to the rental car company 2ooooo yen.
The accident happened 10 minutes before　returning the car
It was our sad story.

But totally,we enjoyed to travel around the New Zealand.
I really recommend you to visit there.

Stars were very beautiful in Australia.

It is the best star sky that I have ever seen until now.

We saw the star view when we visit around by a rental car in Australia.
We stayed, slept and ate in a rental car to save our money.

When we sleep, we went to the dark quiet place.
The place has no light, no car and no people.
So we could see the wonderful sky.

And we could see a beautiful sun rise like the picture.

All things are huge in Australia.
Australia has a lot of huge nature.

Of cause, Uluru is huge and mysterious.

If you go to Australia, you should see Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa.

Both were wonderful.
But I like Kata Tjuta better than Uluru.

One day short trip in Singapore.

フィリピン留学が終わって最初に訪れたのはシンガポール。オーストラリアに行くトランジットで立ち寄った国。

一日あれば十分まわることができる国。

The third country of our travel around the world is Singapore.
We visited Singapore on the way to Australia from Philippines only one day.

One day was enough to see around there.
Because Singapore is a small country.

 It is the first place to visit there.

It is free entry park.
There are many interesting objects.

We did not understand the concept of this place, and not famous but it was amusing.

The picture are frogs.

These were sold in a local market.

The market sold many things on the first floor.
And we could eat Singapore cuisines on the second floor.
We tried some cuisines.
All food tasted good and cheaper than restaurants.

That is why I recommend to go to the local market. 

The picture is plant museum.
It is famous in Singapore.
We can see the strange plant from both under side and upper side.
When we walked this bridge, we could see the town view.

It is the last place.

We saw the statue of a lion at the day time.
But I think that it is better to see the statue in the night time than the day time.
Because the night view was a beautiful around there and you can see the free light show.

We left from Singapore to Australia by airplane in the night.

 

Last month of our Philippines life.

フィリピン留学3ヶ月目。最後の１ヶ月。

これが終わったら世界一周の旅に本格的に出発です。

正直、英語はあまり伸びなかったけど、セブでやりたいことはやりつくしました。

Last month of our Philippines life.
We could do many things that we want to do.
We visited many places.

The picture is the whale shark.
The place name is Osrobu.
We could swim with whale sharks in the sea.
It was an amazing experience.

There are big water falls near Osrobu.

We can go behind of the waterfall there.
It was an amazing experience too.

We visited another island.
There are many small islands in the Phillipines.

That day, we visited Shikiholeishand.
There are traditional magicians there.
They can cure bad body things by their technique that kind of massage.

So we ran around the island by bike to find the traditional magicians.

We stayed the island 2days 1night.
First day, we found a magician and second day, we found another a magician.

We were able to receive two different kinds of black magics for 2 days.

The first way of the black magic is that the magician wrapped our bodies after that,  throw smoke into our wrapping.Then,the magician could find some bad things about our body and massaged it with oil.

The second way of the black magic is that the magician used a stone and water and a straw.
The magician took along our body to find our bad things while breathing out the water that in a stone with straw.

If she finds bad things about our body, The water became cloudy water.

In my case, the water did not become cloudy water.
But Taxi's water became cloudy.

So the magician took the message to Taxi harder than me.

It was one of our mysterious experiences.

We visited cockfight field last weekend.
It is one of the gamble in the Philippines.

We bet either chicken only twice and saw only 5 times.

Because the game was very terrible for us.
We could not be in there a long time.

Chicken put a knife on their feet.
Chickens fight until one died.

When the game finished, there is much blood in the ring.

Chickens also injured even win.The loose chicken will be eaten by winner chicken owners' family.

All of men like gamble like this.

Finally, 16th August 2014
We graduated English school in Cebu.
And start our trip that is travelling around the world.

Our short trip in Thailand.

マニラからタイまでの飛行機がマニラに台風が接近した為予定通り飛ばず、、空港泊して飛行機待機することになったけれど、帰りの飛行機も無料で延長してくれたから日程はづれたけど、予定通り5日間のタイ小旅行。(予防接種も行いました。)

2014年7月17日～21日

We used to arrive in Thailand from Manila on 15th July by airplane.

But the plane canceled because typhoon came to Manila on the 15th.

We had to stay airport for 2days and change our schedule.

We could not take a shower for 3days. Because we were staying in the airport for 2days and before that we used the night bus from Banaue to Manila. 

Our short trip in Thailand began with the trouble in this way.

The first day in thailand.

We had a mission in Bangkok.

It is Vaccination to prepare traveling around the world. 

We went to the hospital and checked up our health and took the Vaccination.
It was very smooth.
After that, we enjoyed eating Thai foods.
We have big fun of Thai foods until when we visited in Thailand several years ago.
So we ate many kinds of Thai foods, whole we stayed there.

The second day.
We visited in Kanchanaburi where is a model of the movie named "The Bridge on The River Kwai”

We rented two bicycles and went around there.

We had two happenings.
One happening was that we were chased by dogs. It was scaring for us.
Another happening was that Taxi's bicycle had a flat tire. It was second time while we travel to have a flat tire.
As soon as we could find the place where can replace the flat tire.  

So we could continue to cycle there. It felt very nice!

Third day, we visited in Ayutthaya by train.

We were cycling here too.
And we were chased by dogs too.
The wild dogs live in Thailand is very frightening for us.

The picture is a sleeping Buddha, which forms there.

Fourth day, we visited in Lopburi.
There are many monkeys everywhere.

Someone says that the town are occupied by monkeys.

Sometimes the monkeys attack people like this.

But some monkeys were very old.

Old monkeys were very calm.

Like this.

If you like animals,you can enjoy there.

5th day of the last day, we came back to Bangkok to meet our friend.
Before we meet our friend, we went to a massage shop.

We used to massage in the famous massage shop,but we could not.
Because the shop is too popular.
We had to look for another shop. Because there is nothing we can do.

We went to the appropriate shop.And we were taken massage by young masseurs.

But it felt not good.

When you are looking for a massage shop, be careful.
If there are only young masseurs, it is better to do not go there.
Because, young masseurs have only a little experience.

Finally, we met our friend named "Banban".

He invited us in the traditional Thai restaurant.

We enjoyed eating good foods, and talking together.

We stayed at his room.Next in the morning we came back to Cebu.
