私は、大学で日本画を学んでいます。

日本画とはどのようなものか、日々の制作、作品の紹介を通して紹介していきたいと思います。

日本画とは、もともと中国から伝わった絵画が日本で独自に発展したものを言います。

日本画で使う絵の具は岩絵の具と言います。
原料は水晶やラピスラズリなどの宝石（岩石）などです。

それを細かく粉砕して、粉状にしたものを、膠（動物の皮などからとれるゼラチン質のもの）を接着剤として画面に定着させていきます。

当然、絵の表面はざらざらしており、角度によってきらきらと光ったりするので、とても美しいです。
