When nuclear powerplant meltdown is INDEED.
UNDER 15 KIDS AT 1ST PRIORITY AT ALL!!!
*Please do not evacuate just then, go inside homes, offices (concrete buildings prefered) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
*Close ALL windows & stop all ventilators, air condtionors.
*Make weather-strip to windows/doors.
*Don't use water/meals that was outside the day the meltdown occured as well as possible. (except at an ultimate survival case)
*Clothes you wore outside must be thrown away to outdoor, change into gowns that has been indoor.(If clothes for outside use are running out, put them into plastic bag and tighten it.)
*When you come back from outdoor, wash your face, hands and hair with soap and soft sponge as hard as possible (skin rough must be forgotten, but no skin injury)
*If SAFE and plenty of water are available, take a shower whole your body.
*Go center of the home/office, in the room surrounded most thick wall, and stay calm and rested.
*Wear many cloths, cover your mouths & noses with many masks, towels & handkerchiefs soaked in water.
People long distance from the meltdown plant should concern about:
*be careful with falling rain and snow it probably contain radioactivity. Under 15 kids should not go outdoor, too.
