Stocks Up, Bonds Down

2016-11-23 11:00:00 | Analysis 分析

After the Brexit poll, UK gilt futures kept going down. Then the stock market indices have been soring after the U.S presidential election.
So the trend had changed completely.

America will start raising the interest rate, so this bullish trend of the stocks market will continue.

Something from Raymond Merriman's Weekly Preview :
The era of negative interest rates and paltry yields for savers may be slowly coming to an end, as the long-term 36-year cyclical waning square of Saturn and Neptune completes its three-passage series on September 10.

A look at history will show frequent occurrences of long-term highs and lows in interest rates that end nearby to the Saturn/Neptune waning square. The last time it occurred was September 1979 through June 1980. Interest rates were at their highest level in over a century, and then started to decline to the levels we have been experiencing over the past couple of years. The time before that was July 1944 through April 1945, when short-term rates were also near 0%, and their lowest level in USA history up to that time.
