その結果、表参道のPASS THE BATONで開催されている"Never give up!"

PASS THE BATON

Chim ↑ Pom

特に今回の"Never give up!"

Back to November 26th, 2010, I went to adidas Originals 2011 SS sneaker exhibition " Then, Now and Forever"
held at Dictionary Club in Shibuya.

This time the exhibition was special, collaborated with PASS THE BATON, 79 creators exhibited their sneakers with their stories and visitors could entry that the lottery winner can buy it later.

Alexander Lee Chang's planter made from skateboard was beautiful and I've liked it since I saw it among Valicans at Creator's Park at CLASKA in 2009.

MADSAKI's samba!
I met it once at his adidas SUNSEX exhibition at Meguro Rice Factory in 2007!

Hakushaku's samba with studs strap!
Actually I and my mom have been a fan of his twitter since I was attend Inhabitant Tokyo opening reception at Cat Street, which street session was still so brilliant for me ever.
By this way, I bid for 3 creators as I myself was attend the very events in the past.

On 30th Jan,
I was in the mid of suffering for autotoxemia of oyster and couldn't attend at the presentation party at PASS THE BATON Omotesando.
One of my senior PR sms me that I won the Hakushaku's one!
What a good first luck of 2011!!!
Thank everyone those who supported this event very much.

I was into Hongkong and Chinese movie during my high school days.
I loved the world of WongKar-wai x Christopher Doyle x Takeshi Kaneshiro.
But after that my fever was gone until I met this film through peoples' frequent tweets on TL;
Lou Ye's "Spring Fever"(2009) is it.

I went to watch it without any expectation.
But after the viewing, I totally got into Lou Ye's film and
Yu Dafu's story "春風沉醉的晚上" that the passages described a life of a poor guy in Shanghai,
which written in 1920's,
quoted into the film.
The poetic passages are perfectly beautiful even after it was translated into Japanese.

Da xie, Bung!
Now I got Yu Dafe's original text in Chinese!

Because of Lou Ye's fever in mine,
I tried "Suzhou River" (2000) and "Summer Palace" (2006), too.
I love "Suzhou River" as the landscape of Shanghai is much familiar for me after my visit there
and I love happy ending.

I think why I love Lou Ye's film because not only the perfectly beautiful poetic story, but also the effective sound track for sure.

Sorry for going back to October issue...but I need to update this one before ending 2010!

First time I heard about them from my favorite artist, MADSAKI's blog and wished the time come
to see their live performance.

I wanted to know about them as much as possible here in Tokyo
and it was really lucky that I could watch their documentary film;

The time came in Oct 11, 2010 at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall!

Staff Benda Bilili got big hands from public in Tokyo.
I was really excited with such situation never ever experienced.

I thought Ricky, himself is a polio survivor, can be an ambassador for some campaign in collaboration with some international organization such as UN,
and actually he is!!!
