■Japan and the United States are "the world's worst lawless state" whose Constitutions are not protected!
日本と米国は憲法が守られていない『世界最悪の無法国家』である！
Because there is no "independent constitutional court" to protect the Constitution in either Japan nor in the United States.
なぜならば、憲法を守る『独立した憲法裁判所』が日本にも米国にも存在しないからである。
The so-called modern democratic countries who have "the independent constitutional courts" are Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Korea,
Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Poland, Portugal and others.
いわゆる近代民主国家の中で『独立した憲法裁判所』を持つ国は、ドイツ、フランス、イタリア、オーストリア、韓国、スペイン、チェコ、ハンガリー、ベルギー、ポーランド、ポルトガルなどである。
The so-called modern democratic countries who have not "the Independent Constitutional Courts" are Japan, the United States and the UK.
いわゆる近代民主国家の中で『独立した憲法裁判所』がない国は、日本と米国と英国である。
The Citizens of Japan and the US who have not "the Independent Constitutional Court" have been incorrectly taught that "the guardian of
the Constitution" is the "Supreme Court".
『独立した憲法裁判所』を持たない日本と米国の国民は、『憲法の番人』は『最高裁判所』だと間違って教えられてきた。
The citizens of Japan and the United States don't know that the government holds the right of the appointment of the chief of the
"Supreme Court" and the judges.
日本と米国の国民はの任命権は政府が握っていることを知らない。
They dont know that they can not prevent the government from ignoring ,violating and destroying the Constitution.
日本と米国の国民は,最高裁判所長官と判事は政府の憲法無視、憲法違反、憲法破壊を阻止できないことを知らない。
The citizens of Japan and the United States don't know that "the Supreme Court" is not "the guard of Constitution" but "the dominant watchdog".
日本と米国の国民は『最高裁判所』が『憲法の番人』ではなく『支配階級の番犬』であることを知らない。
They don't know that "the Supreme Courts" have been silent to the ignorance of the Constitution by the ruling class.
彼らは、日本と米国の『最高裁判所』が支配階級の憲法無視に沈黙してきたことを知らない。
They don't know that "the Supreme Courts" have been tolerating the constitutional violation by the ruling class.
彼らは、日本と米国の『最高裁判所』が支配階級の憲法違反を容認してきたことを知らない。
They don't know that "the Supreme Courts" have been cooperating in the constitutional destruction by the ruling class.
彼らは、日本と米国の『最高裁判所』が支配階級の憲法破壊に協力してきた協力してきたことを知らない。
As the Korean citizens have won the creation of the "the independent Constitutional Court" that had not existed before by the "democratic
revolution" in 1997, the citizens of Japan and the United States have to fight to establish the "the independent Constitutional Court".
韓国国民が1997年の『民主革命』でそれまで存在しなかった『独立した憲法裁判所』の創設を勝ち取ったように、日本と米国の国民は『独立した憲法裁判所』の創設を闘い取らねばない。
It is the most important actual issue.
これこそが今最重要課題だ
