At the Italian general election ( House of Representatives & Senate) scheduled on March 4 this year, the citizen revolutionary party"Five-Star Movement" is predicted to win and the leader of the party Luigi di Maio (31-year-old) indicatedto become the Prime Minister of theworld's first authentic "Citizen Revolutionary Government".

Luigi di Maio said in an interview with Reuters as follows.
Italy will negotiate with the European Union (EU) a change in fiscal regulation so that Italy will increase its investment for stimulating the economy when winning next year's election.
He showedx a policy of reducing unnecessary expenditure in order toreduce the public debt that expanded to just under 132% of thegross domestic product (GDP).
He replied to the question of three policy priorities such as the introduction of basic income for the poor, the reduction of wasteful expenditure, and the expansion of the system of
direct democracy.
