■Do you know the reasons why the "LDP (Liberal Democratic Party" of Japanese conservative party has monopolized Japanese politics for over 70 years after the war?
あなたは日本ではなぜ戦後70年以上保守政党の『自民党』が日本の政治を独占しているか、その理由を知っていますか？
Because in the postwar of Japan, the "LDP", a puppet political party of the US ruling class, is always structured to win the elections to monopolize the administration.
なぜならば、戦後の日本では米国支配階級の傀儡政党である『自民党』が常に選挙で勝利して政権を独占するように仕組まれているからである。
The biggest cause for this is that the successive LDP powers have dissolved the House of Representatives by picking a favorable time to them and have forced a general election by saying a big lie of constitutional violation that "the right to dissolution of the House of Representatives is an exclusive matter of the Prime Minister".
その最大の原因は、歴代自民党政権が『衆議院の解散権は首相の専権事項である』と憲法違反の大嘘をついて自分たちに有利な時を選んで衆議院を解散して総選挙を強行してきたことである。
This is why the LDP has always won the general elections and has monopolized thepolitics of postwar of Japan, with the exception of two times.
自民党が戦後二度の例外を除いて常に総選挙に勝ち日本の政治を独占できたのはこのためである。
Then why could the LDP party arbitrarily dissolved the House of Representatives and won the general elections by violating the constitution ?
それではなぜ歴代自民党政権が憲法違反を犯して衆議院を勝手に解散して総選挙に勝つことができたのか？
This is because the Japanese Supreme Court,the guardian of the Constitution stipulated by the Article 81 of the Constitution has silenced and accepted this serious constitutional violation by the successive LDP governments.
なぜならば、憲法第81条が規定する『憲法の番人』である日本の最高裁判所が歴代自民党政権が犯してきたこの重大な憲法違反行為に対して沈黙し容認してきたからである。
The Supreme Court of Japan abandoned the duties of the "guardian of the Constitution" and allowed the monopoly of politics by accepting the constitutional ignorance, constitutional violation and constitutional destruction by successive LDP governments.
日本の最高裁判所は『憲法の番人』の職務を放棄して、歴代自民党による憲法無視、憲法違反、憲法破壊を容認し政治の独占を許してきたのである。

あなたはなぜ戦後の日本で一般庶民が政権を奪取できないできたのか、その理由を知っていますか？
One of the reasons is that the amount of the deposit money deposited by the candidate at the election of the House of Representatives and the election of the House of Councilors is so expensive (3 million yen in the electoral district, 6 million yen in the proportional district) that the general public can not stand for candidacy.
その理由の一つは、衆議院選挙と参議院選挙に立候補する場合立候補者が預託する供託金の額があまりにも高額(選挙区300万円、比例区600万円貼付資料参照)で一般庶民が立候補できないように設定されているからだ。

『組織選挙』は日本国憲法第15条第2項『すべての公務員は全体の奉仕者であって一部の奉仕者ではない』の規定に違反した違法行為である。
However, the Supreme Court of Japan, the guardian of the Constitution has been silent and accepted against this serious constitutional violation.
しかしながら、日本の『憲法の番人』最高裁判所はこの重大な憲法違反行為に対しても沈黙し容認してきたのである。
The third reason is that it is practically permitted for the ruling regime of LDP to use the powers under their control such as police, prosecutors, tax office,and mass media to chase opposition candidates in the elections.
三つめの理由は、政権与党の自民党が支配する警察や検察や税務署やマスコミを使って対立候補を選挙で追い落とすことが実質的に許されていることである。
The fourth reason is that it is practically permitted for the ruling regime of LDP to acquire voters by distributing various interests exclusively enjoyed by the ruling LDP.
四つめの理由は、政権与党の自民党が独占的に享受する様々な利権を配って有権者を買収することが公然と許されていることである。

日本で自民党による独裁政治を終わらせるにはどうしたら良いのか？
It is that "the revolutionary citizen" an ordinary citizen who rejects the rightand privilege, who has wisdom never fooled by the lies of the government, bureaucrats, big corporate managers, academics, mass media and critics, who never forgives social injustice, inequality, power crime will appears as soon as possible as a central figure on the political front stage in Japan.

This is because the Japanese Supreme Court,the guardian of the Constitution stipulated by the Article 81 of the Constitution has silenced and accepted this serious constitutional violation by the successive LDP governments.
