The U.S. Trump administration and the Democratic Party have decided to spend $ 2 trillion = \ 220 trillion to deal with "the unprecedented crisis" caused by the "the new coronavirus".
米トランプ政権と米民主党は『新型コロナウイルス』による『未曾有の危機』に対処するため『2兆ドル=220兆円』の大型財政支出を決定した。
▲The source of this funding is“the Government Bonds”issued by the U.S. Treasury followed by“the nationa debts”that the US people pay for.
この財源は米財務省が発行する『国債』であり、まわりまわって最後は米国民がツケを払う『借金』である。

1. The U.S. Treasury will issue "$ 2 trillion =220 trillion yen" of "the government bonds" and all of them will be underwritten by the private banks.
米財務省は『2兆ドル=220兆円』の国債を発行してすべてを民間銀行に引き受けさせる。
2.The US Government will borrowe "$ 2 trillion =220 trillion yen" from the private banks.
米政府は民間銀行から『2兆ドル=220兆円』を借金する。
3. The US Government will pay hight interest" to the private banks every year until the redemption periode of "the Government Bonds" comes.
米政府は民間銀行に『国債の償還期限』まで毎年『高い利息』を支払う。
* The amount of "the interest" that US Government would pay every year to the private banks amight be "＄30 billion" if "the 10-year government bond interest rate=1.5 % "is applied.
*米政府が、毎年民間銀行に支払う『利息』の金額は、『10年国債』の『年利1.5%』を適用すると『毎年3.3兆円』となる。
4. When "the redemption period of the Government Bonds ”comes, the US Government issues "the new Government Bonds”to secure financial resources and to pay “the Principal fo ther Governmet Bonds”owned by "the private banks".
米国債の償還期限が来た時、米政府は『新たな国債』を発行して民間銀行から借金して『国債の元本』を支払うのである。
