今日も、カマス(一夜干し)を焼き、ほうれん草をゆで、ゴマを炒って小さなすり鉢であたり、みそ汁を作った。 カマスは焼き上がったらちょっと置いておくと、みるみる間に身が堅くなっていくので頃合いを見計らって食す。 焼き加減とこの放置加減が精妙なので難しいが成功すると、サカナ臭くてとても旨い。 みそ汁は赤だしを少し加えて甘さと奥行きを作る。 ほうれん草は仄かに甘くてあっという間に一束やっつけた。 心と体ともども満足しました。 （＾．＾ ；）
