02/01/2017 (morning) I always wonder private insurance system in Japan.
In Japan, many representatives in micro- or nano- companies made a contract of life insurance with some private insurance companies. And, when they get to the financial crisis, they commit suicide to pay the debt by recieving money from the insurance company at the expence of their lives.
Japanese legal system admit the payment in case of suicide. It means that the government promotes the representatives to commit suicide.
Terrible, I think. The state is based on the conception of promotion of suicide.
In this country, many companies make a contract of life insurance of their employees. Japanese jurisprudence admits that the companies receive money from Insurance company, if they made payment for the employees.
What does it mean? The death of an employee brings the employers fortune.
That's Japanese Legal System. How cold it is! Japanes power holders admit selling lives. For us, people, they are devils' like existance. And their existance are protected by legal system. Japanese legal system serves for the evil existance. In this case, what versity professors of law means? Just "Devil's Advocates".
That's why I don't want to seek a job at versities in Japan. I don't want to be one of the devils.
