今日病院の機器設備委員会に出席していて大変なことに気づきました
小児科の医師が会議中にノートパソコンで内職のような作業をしているので訊ねると、来年の各課のオペレーションプランの提出期限が明日ということです
私の所属するメンテナンス部門は、責任者のニバがまだギゾから戻っていないため、彼はその通知に全く気が付いていないようで、わが部門のどのセクションも全く行動をおこしていません
ニバは明日戻る予定ですが、明日中にすべてのセクションからプランを集めるのは全く不可能だと思えます
さてどうなることやら？
Today when I attend to the meeting of asset committee I realized very important thing.
A pediatric doctor had worked with her note PC like a homework and I asked her what she was doing.
She said that the deadline to submit the operational plan 2012 of each division will be tomorrow.
The responsible person of the maintenance division Niva is still in Gizo and he might not know this notice and no one had worked for this plan in the maintenance division.
Niva will be back tomorrow but it will be impossible to collect all plans of sections by tomorrow.
How it will be?
