持ち込み修理 Walk in Repair

昨日使用中に突然動かなくなった機械式ネブライザーの持ち込み修理です

まず目視検査で、器械の角度を変えると内部で何かが転がるような音がします

慎重に裏蓋を外すと、いくつかの部品が転がっています

これを集めてどこから外れたものか、また外れた部品が破損していないかなどをチェックします

機械式ネブライザーは単純に空気を振動させて、その振動を水の入ったチャンバーの膜に伝えることで、水を蒸気化するもので、気道を湿潤させるために使われます

外れていたのはモーターの回転運動を往復運動に変えるためのカムとピストンおよびカムシャフトです

ピストンはシリンダーの中に納まっているはずが、完全に脱落していますが、欠損はないようです

脱落部品を集めて、どこへどのように組み込まれるべきかを考えながら組み立てます

組み立てが終了したら試運転をして動作を確認しますが、重要なことはこの装置が何故壊れたかということです

その原因を排除しないかぎり、再び同じことが起こります

今回はカムとピストンを連結しているカムシャフトがカムから脱落したことが原因と思われますので、これを瞬間接着剤で固定しました

Yesterday, a mechanical nebulizer which suddenly stopped was brought to my office to repair.

The first, at the visual inspection something sound was confirmed like some fragment was rolling around inside.

Removing the back cover with highest attention and some mechanical parts were found isolated.

Collect all parts and check them that from where, what and how also intact.

The parts coming off were a piston, cam and cam shaft which converts a rotary motion of the motor to the reciprocal motion.

The parts were completely escaped from the original position but fortunately seemed they didn’t have any defect.

Assemble all escaped parts to the original position.

After finish the assembling, turn the power on and test the function.

Anyway the most important thing is the reason why it had broken.

If the cause will not be rejected, it will happen again.

In this case the root cause was dislocation of the camshaft connecting the cam and the piston.

Therefore I put the super glue on dislocated part.
