今日街に買い物にでたときに面白いものに遭遇しました
駐車違反の取り締まりで、ミャンマーに来て初めて見ました
街中の車がすべて違法駐車のように見えるこの国にも駐車違反の取り締まりがあったのです
警察官に許可をもらって、写真を撮りましたが顔がわからないようにと注意を受けました
彼はミャンマー語で話していたのですが、そばにいた人が英語に通訳してくれました
私が去った直後に振り返ると、ドライバーが現れて警察官に文句を言っていたようですが、その後ドライバーが何かを手渡すと、すぐにタイヤのロックを解除していました
もしかしたらお金？ 即金払いの罰金？ 袖の下？
そのときはすでに30ｍほど離れていましたので、お金かどうかは定かではありません

Today I saw an interesting happening.
It was the first time to see the control of the illegal parking on the street in Myanmar.
I realized that the police do control the illegal parking in this country which all vehicles parking on the street seem illegal.
I took a photo of it after permission of the police but he said without his face.
He told in Myanmar language but other person by me interpreted.
After I left there the driver appeared and clamed to the police but when he handed over something to the police, he released a lock of tire soon.
Was it some money? Cash for fine? Corruption?
I’m not sure because it was already too far if it was money.
