今週末はキリスト教の復活祭にあたるため、前後が公休日になります
今日は職場で一人の技師が「今日は半日で帰れる」と言い始め、みんな同調して半日だと言い出しました
念のため事務局長に確認すると、「たぶんそうだ」というあいまいな返事です
しかし全員昼で仕事を止めたため、キリスト教徒ではない私も便乗して切り上げました
明日がグッドフライデー、土曜は普通の休日、日曜がイースター、そして月曜がイースターマンデーということで4連休になります
食事を済ませてから中央市場に行くと、荒天で遅れていたウェスタン州からの船が今日入り、新鮮な魚がいっぱい出回っていました
ある漁師が「活きのいいロブスターがあるよ」と声をかけてきたので見ると先日よりもさらに大きなロブスターがあり、衝動的に3尾買ってしまいました
帰宅してすぐにロブスターの解体をはじめ、そのうちの1尾を先日同様オーブンで焼いて食べました
一人で食べると、1尾だけでお腹がいっぱいになります
残りの2尾は明日JOCVのY君の家で食事会があるので、持ち込むことにしました
頭の部分は茹でて中身をスプーンでかき出して、犬たちのご飯にかけてあげました
犬も人間も今夜は豪華なディナーでした
In this weekend it will be an Easter Holiday and both days of previous and after will be public holidays.
Today one of the colleagues said that today we will finish work at noon and other people agreed upon it.
I asked to the secretary general but he told me “probably yes”.
However all my colleagues stopped work at noon and I took an advantage even am not a Christian and finished work.
Tomorrow will be a Good Friday, Saturday will be a general holiday and Sunday will be an Easter and Monday will be an Easter Monday.
It will be four consecutive holidays.
After lunch I went to the central market and there were a lot of fresh sea foods there because the ship from the Western Province which had been delayed by the weather conditions had just arrived.
One of the fishermen told me that they had several good lobsters and I bought 3 big lobs impulsively.
After coming back home I started to cook them soon and I grilled one of them in the oven as well as last time.
Eating alone even it was the only one lob but it made me full.
Other two I will bring to the dinner party at JOCV J’s house tomorrow.
I boiled the head part and scraped out the contents on the rice and gave to puppies.
Dogs and myself had the gorgeous dinner tonight.
