スーダンもアレだし近隣ではエチオピアもアレ状態だし、まあその、情勢不穏じゃない所を言えと言われると困る地域ではある。だからこれ以上、情勢不安を高めたら、ほんとどうしようもないんだけど！というのもほんとそう。
…人口の3/4までが人道支援を要する状況って、純粋に破綻状態って言わんかな。

2月以来、アッパー・ナイルから13万人が難民化し、数万ほどthousandsの規模でエチオピアに流出したという。
「Since February, insecurity in Upper Nile has displaced 130,000 people, including thousands into Ethiopia as refugees. 」
…ほんとどうしようもない状況で、お前らいっぺん滅んでやり直せ―と言いたくなるくらいだが、それはシミュゲームであればこそであって―現実にはそんなことするとそこらの一般人民が乾いて死ぬだけでねえ…。
