关于入国管理局业务的信息
关于继续入国管理局的业务
仙台入国管理局13日上午已恢复电力，同一天下午也恢复了业务用的网络，预计从14日（星期一）仙台入国管理局开始正常业务。
仙台机场目前正处于封锁状态，已停止办理出入国审查手续。
从12日中午开始在暂时的一段时间，咨询中心电话24小时开通，提供关于出入国管理的咨询业务（只限日语）。
关于在其它的地方入国管理官署的业务都在正常运转。

Information for operation of the Immigration Bureau
Continuity of operation for the Immigration Bureau
The Sendai Regional Immigration Bureau was recovered from the power outage in the morning, March 13, 2011, and on the same day afternoon, the office network system was also restored; therefore, as of Monday, March 14, 2011, the Sendai Regional Immigration Bureau will be planned to operate as usual.
Sendai Airport is currently shutdown that the immigration and other operations at the airport are suspended.
As of 12th at noon, hotline for the Immigration information center will be opened 24 hours for immigration consultation (Japanese only) for the time being.
Operations at the other regional Immigration authorities are operated as usual.

입국관리국 업무에 관한 정보
입국관리국 업무 재개에 대하여
센다이 입국관리국은 13일 오전에 전기가 복구되었으며, 이날 오후에는 업무용
네트워크도 복구되어, 14일(월)부터 센다이 입국관리국의 업무는 평소대로 진행할 예정이라고 합니다.
현재 센다이 공항은 폐쇄상태이기 때문에 출입국심사를 비롯한 업무는 정지되었습니다.
12일 정오부터 당분간 안내전화를 24시간 운영하여, 출입국 관리에 관한 상담업무(일본어만 가능)를 실시한다고 합니다.
다른 지방 입국관리소 업무는 모두 평소대로 진행되고 있습니다.

Impormasyon ukol sa operation ng Immigration
Bumalik na ang kuriente sa Sendai Immigration Bureau sa umaga ng Marso 13, at sa hapon din ng nabanggit na araw ay naayos na rin ang pagpapanumbalik ng serbisyo/operation. Ang Sendai Immigration Bureau ay muling magbubukas at magbibigay serbisyo na tulad ng dati simula Marso 14(Lunes).
Subalit sarado pa rin ang operation ng customs at immigration sa Sendai Airport.
Magsasagawa ng 24-hour telephone service sa information center ng immigration (Nihongo lamang) mula sa Marso 12 ng hapon.
Ang mga Immigration offices sa ibang lugar ay bukas na tulad nang dati.

INFORMAÇÕES SOBRE O SERVIÇO DA IMIGRAÇÃO
Sobre a continuidade do serviço da imigração.
Na imigração de Sendai, a energia elétrica voltou na parte da manhã do dia 13 e o network para trabalho voltou na parte da tarde do mesmo dia, sendo assim é previsto o funcionamento normal das atividades da imigração no dia 14 (segunda-feira).
Devido o aeroporto de Sendai estar fechado, os serviços como os de inspeção de entrada e saída está parado.
Enquanto isso, à partir do meio dia do dia 12, será implementado um sistema de 24 horas no telefone do centro de informações, com serviço de consulta (somente em japones) sobre assuntos da imigração.
Sobre o serviço da imigração de outras áreas, tudo está normal.

停电之后，凡是用电的器具将无法使用。
要确认一下插在电源插座上的东西。
另外，手机也无法充电。
外出时，红绿灯或车站的自动检票机等会停止运作。
无论在家中或是外出时为了避免遇到困难，要做好心理准备。

Rolling blackout information (2)

When the power supply will be cut off you can’t use electronic goods.
To check the electronic goods that is connected to a power source.
Also it is impossible to charge a mobile phone battery during the blackout.
Outside even traffic lights and automatic ticket gate also doesn’t work.
Please keep calm and prepare for such as unusual situations both at home and outside.

Kapag walang kuriente, hindi magagamit ang mga electric appliances.
Mangyaring i-check lamang ang mga bagay na nakasaksak.
Hindi rin puwedeng mag-charge ng batteria ng mobile phone.
Maari ding walang ilaw sa mga traffic lights o signals sa labas, at hindi aandar ang automatic ticket gate sa mga stasyon ng tren.
Kahit nasaan man, sa loob ng bahay o sa labas, dapat laging handa para hindi gaanong mamumuroblema sa ganitong situwasyon.
