I was reading an article I had left out of the VOICE this morning, and my friend who had read this monthly publication said.
Your words have reached the editorial board members of this book.
Among the many facts written in Genkotsu Takufumi's extertion, starting from page 92, I would like to share the following passages with you.
These are the facts that are a must-read for the Japanese people and people around the world.
The following is a continuation of the previous chapter.

Mobilizing Chinese Residents in Japan
Another point that should not be overlooked is China's efforts to organize Chinese residents in Japan and former Chinese who have become naturalized citizens.
China refers to them as "(Chinese of Japanese nationality).
In June 2010, the Association of Chinese Residents of Japan was organized, laying the groundwork for their organizational management.
In 2004, Chinese activists landed on the Senkaku Islands, and it was revealed that Chinese residents and international students in Okinawa investigated the movements of Japan Coast Guard patrol boats and helped them behind the scenes.
In addition, China enforced the National Defense Mobilization Law in July of the same year.
This law stipulates that in an emergency in China, "Chinese nationals (including naturalized citizens) living outside China are also subject to mobilization.
If we compare this with the timing of the establishment of the Japan-China Friendship Association, the true intent of this law is easy to understand.
As for the mobilizing power of Chinese residents in Japan, one only needs to recall the Nagano Olympics.
However, with the organized support of the Chinese Embassy in Japan in the form of money, goods, and the distribution of manuals, 4,000 more people than expected gathered for the Nagano Olympics, assaulting people protesting China's suppression of Tibet and causing security confusion. The Chinese mobilization, violence, and chaos were so severe that the Chinese government was forced to suspend the Tibetan government's activities.
The Chinese mobilization, violence, and chaos exceeded our expectations.
As of June 2015, approximately 800,000 Chinese residents lived in Japan, both public and private. If they were to rise up en masse, it would undoubtedly have a serious impact on domestic security.
In 2013, the Chinese Embassy in Japan announced on its official website that the Chinese government had issued an emergency contract to Chinese nationals living in Japan.
The Embassy also issued a notice on its official website asking Chinese residents to register their contact information in case of an emergency, and the country is steadily advancing its contingency preparations.
Turning to North Korea, it is believed that Koreans living in Japan who conducted nuclear-related research at the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Nagoya University, Osaka University, and other universities have passed on technology that could be converted into weapons of mass destruction, and a ban on re-entry into Japan if one travels to North Korea has been decided (Kyoto University has banned re-entry into Japan for those who have traveled to North Korea). (This includes a current associate professor at Kyoto University.)
Considering the current situation in which technologies created by Japanese people, goods, and money are diverted to a hostile state and threaten our country's security, the re-entry ban should be applied to all Koreans residing in Japan.
Furthermore, the act of taking nuclear and missile technology to a hostile state cannot be arrested under current law.
Japan should promptly legislate and take measures to punish such acts severely, and it is only natural that these measures should be applied to China as well.

This article continues.
