先般、私が嵐山・渡月橋下流のバス停前にできた、お土産物センター…立派な建物で２階は大きなレストラン、一階にはイタリアンレストランもある。常時、賑わっている事は言うまでもない。

例えば昨年、１年に１００回以上も嵐山を訪問した時、頻繁にこの場所を訪れた。

若い中国人女性がバイト店員をしていた。どこから来たのか尋ねた事が契機で、会話が始まった。

彼女は言った「私は安倍首相以外の日本人は全員好きです…」

その事のおかしさ…日本人の過半は安倍首相を選択しているのだから、あなたの論理はおかしい…その様に私が指摘した事は既述のとおり。

これが彼等のプロパガンダの実態であること…その効果の絶大さ…全体主義国家の宣伝戦略の恐ろしさの産物であることも言うまでもない。

中でも私が驚いたのは、全ての物語に於いて、彼等…中国とその隣国の人間たちは、平然と嘘をつく事だった。

日本人とは全く正反対で、何の罪悪感もなく、平然と嘘をつくのである。

ほぼ全編に渡る嘘つきの話を読んでいた私は、

彼らは「善悪の判断は自分の属するグループの規範に従う」特性がある。　

つまり朝日新聞には自己愛の強い者が集まりがちで、すぐ感染する。彼らはまた自分たちの先輩が戦後取り入れた自虐史観を規範として崇めているように診断できる。

それに「あれは中支の渡河作戦の一場面でたかれたのは煙幕」の証拠もあった。

で、「朝日がインチキ写真を載せた」という記事が社会面トップを飾った。　

そしたら翌日、朝日の佐竹昭美部長が単身、産経の編集局に殴り込みをかけてきた。

編集局長も社会部長も逃げ、こちらが一人で対応したが、佐竹は朝日の記事は正しい、お前は生意気だ、産経など叩き潰してやると本気で怒っていた。

記事にクレームがついたら、普通は調べ直してみるものだ。

彼は普通ではなかった。

本多はおそらく自社資料室でこの写真を見つけ、絵解きだけを書き換えたのだろう。
