A proposed commercial and residential project called"Harmony" on U.S. 460 in western Bedford had someskeptics during a recent county rezoning. City of Bedford officials, however, were not among them and areoptimistic the neighborhood can boost economic activity for yearsto come. "Conceptually, we"ve been supportive of it,"Assistant City Manager Bart Warner said Tuesday.
