Friday's accident prompted a response from the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration . Area Director Robert Kowalski said Monday there was an open investigation into the accident, buthe declined to comment any further. Friday's accident happened on the lot of a 10,900-square-foot NorthStreet home that has six beds and seven and a half baths and sitson an approximately three-acre lot, according to an online realestate web site. This is the second serious work-related accident to happen in townin the past six months.
