自宅から十数メートルの場所にあった「ちゃんこ鍋屋」が閉店。
大将は、既に他界されて 女将さんが 一人で頑張っておられましたが、年齢には勝てず 苦渋の決断をされたようです。
1991年に開店して以来、約33年間 お世話になってきました。
女将さん、お元気で。
最後は、味噌ちゃんこ鍋で締めました。
寂しくなります・・・。
話は、変わりますが 皆様 本年は 多くの御閲覧有難う御座いました。

「レッツ・ダンス」（原題：Let's Dance）は、デヴィッド・ボウイの14枚目のアルバム。1983年のリリースです。
音楽家、そして俳優として活躍したデヴィッド・ボウイでしたが、2016年1月10日、享年69歳で残念ながらこの世を去っています。
1983年に大島渚監督の「戦場のメリークリスマス」に英軍将校ジャック・セリアズ役で出演したのが思い出されますね。

今年も 残すところ あと４日。
今日は、妻と二人で 家から車で５分程の距離の寺にある 我が家の墓地に 墓の掃除に行って来ました。
その後、慰労を兼ねて 浦和の鰻屋でランチ＆昼飲みです。
偶然ですが、昨年の今日（2023年12月27日）も同じように墓掃除とランチ＆昼飲みをしていました。
１年は、あっという間ですね～。

長男夫婦からのXmasプレゼント。
長男からのクリスマスカードが添付されていました。
絵は、上手いけど 字は下手クソですな～。（笑）
メリークソスマスと読めますが・・・。（爆笑）
さて、頂いたのは、千葉県の地酒 寒菊 純米大吟醸 39 Special Thanks 2024 無濾過生原酒です 。
大吟醸酒とは、日本酒の特定名称酒のひとつで、精米歩合が50%以下の白米を原料として造られた清酒です。
つまり米の半分以上を磨いているというわけですね。
寒菊 純米大吟醸 39 は、精米歩合が39%の意味だそうです。
精米歩合が39％であれば、米の表層部を61％磨いたことになります。
精米歩合は、日本酒の香りに大きく影響を与えます。
一般的に精米歩合が高く 米をより磨いている方が、華やかな香り高い日本酒になるといわれています。
二人共、私が純米大吟醸を好きなのを覚えていてくれました。
感謝です。

「Takin' It to the Streets」（邦題：ドゥービー・ストリート）は、ドゥービー・ブラザーズが1976年に発表した6作目のアルバム。マイケル・マクドナルド参加後としては初のアルバムとなります。
音楽評論家の小倉エージ氏は、元スティーリーダンのマイケル・マクドナルドとジェフ・バクスターが参加していることから「スティーリー色が濃くなった」と指摘しています。
この傾向は、後のアルバムにも継承され マイケル・マクドナルドの参加後 3枚目のアルバムとなるMinute by Minute （ミニット・バイ・ミニット：1978年発表）には、彼ら最大のヒット曲であるグラミー受賞曲 What a Fool Believes （ホワット・ア・フール・ビリーヴス） が収録されています。
その後、ドゥービー・ブラザーズは、メンバーの入れ替えを繰り返し、1982年に一旦解散しましたが、1989年に再結成され、現在は、1970年の結成当時のメンバーであるトム・ジョンストン、パトリック・シモンズの二人を中心に活動しています。
再結成後は、1970年の結成当時のサウンドに戻っています。
又、1979年に脱退したジェフ・バクスターの後任としてドゥービー・ブラザーズに加入した 弦楽器はほぼ何でもこなす ジョン・マクフィー（1992年に復帰）の存在も大きいと思われます。
トム・ジョンストン、パトリック・シモンズ、ジョン・マクフィーのトリプル・ギターは、圧巻です。

「The Royal Scam」（邦題：幻想の摩天楼・げんそうのまてんろう）は、スティーリー・ダンが1976年にリリースした5枚目のアルバム。
かつて ドゥービー・ブラザーズのメンバーであったマイケル・マクドナルドが ボーカル、バックグラウンドボーカルとして参加しています。
翌年 6枚目のアルバムである 全米3位、200万枚を売り上げる大ヒットを記録した彼らの代表作である「彩（エイジャ）」を発表。同アルバムは、東西の有名スタジオ・ミュージシャンを贅沢に起用し、音楽評論家からも高い評価を受け、スティーリー・ダンの名声を決定的なものにしました。
今回、取り上げた「The Royal Scam」（幻想の摩天楼）は、その先駆けとなる作品です。

今年４回目の埼玉県立近代美術館。
自宅から近い事もあり気軽に行ける美術館です。
今回、印象に残った作品は、
ジョルジュ・ルオーの「横向きのピエロ」
田中 保の「花びんのある裸婦」
の二作品です。
屋外の常設ブロンズ作品も観てきました。
向かい風に耐える鴉（カラス）を上手く表現していますね。
美術館に隣接する公園の風景。
冬景色と秋の景色が共存しています。
埼玉県立近代美術館の全景。
絵画鑑賞の後は、昼飲みランチです。
前々回と同じ 純米吟醸 水芭蕉をいただきました。
－ 最後に －
今年も残すところあと二週間足らずとなりました。
来週、再来週は、多忙の為 今日が今年最後の美術館巡りとなります。
さて、来年は 何処で何を観るか ・・・。
今から楽しみです。

＊ジャケット写真は極薄地の布を顔にかぶったミック・ジャガーを写したもの。内袋には各曲のクレジットとゲスト・ミュージシャンの写真が印刷されています。また題名通りに、大きな釜に入ったスープに野菜と共に浸された山羊の頭の写真も同封されていますが、これは動物愛護協会からの抗議を受けているそうです。
