◎Solitude, Egolessness, Freedom
Moksha is Nirvana. According to Osho Bhagwan's explanation, it's just that the names differ: Jainism calls it "Kaivalya: Being Alone," Buddhism calls it "Nirvana: Egolessness," and Hinduism calls it "Moksha: Freedom."
Some might wonder why the climax is Moksha {Reality, Consciousness, Bliss} even though it's described as the process of Kundalini awakening to Nirvana. In the Meditation Cross Map, it corresponds to Nirvana, or Nirvikalpa Samadhi (Formless Absorption).
In the Ten Bulls of Zen, Moksha corresponds to the Enso (Circle) of the eighth picture.
What is Moksha? It cannot be expressed in words. That is the practice.
For your reference, from the Gheranda Samhita:
"Knowing the mind to be separated from the body and united with the Supreme Self, this is Samadhi. This is known as liberation from the Dashas, etc."
(Quoted from Continued Yoga Fundamental Scriptures / Tsuruji Sahoda / Hirakawa Publishing, p. 131. The meaning of "Dashas" is said to be unknown.)
