A Straight, Shining Energy of Salvation

◎The Jade Tablets - 10 - 35

◎Kundalini is... for Nirvana to manifest Maya...

From the Tibetan Book of the Dead:

"However, all those who in their lifetime have received practical instruction from a guide will, when this guidance is applied, be led to the Primordial Clear Light. And without passing through any intermediate state, they will attain the Dharma-kaya through the Supreme Vertical Path." (The Tibetan Book of the Dead, translated by Masanori Oe, Kodansha, pp. 24-25)

※Primordial Clear Light: Original Light, Mother Luminosity
※Dharma-kaya: Dharma Body
※The annotation in this book does not clarify the meaning of the Supreme Vertical Path.

Inspired by this, Dantes Daigee suggests that the Supreme Vertical Path spoken of by Padmasambhava is the vertical path just before one's transformed individual self (Mental Body → Causal Body → Atman) merges into the Central Sun (Brahman).

The Supreme Vertical Path is the home straight just before one's final individuality disappears.

"Furthermore, when ascending the Supreme Vertical Path to Nirvana, one will perceive that pure consciousness and the energy code emitted from 'God' are identical." (From Dantes Daigee's "The Process and Techniques of Nirvana," p. 109)

After merging with the Central Sun, it is said:

"Kundalini is a straight, shining energy for Nirvana to manifest Maya." (Ibid., p. 72)

※Maya: Ignorance, delusion

In other words, the Kundalini energy cord, which has been traditionally called "Tama no O" (jewel string) in Japan, is not merely a spiritual thread connecting the astral soul and the physical body. In the final stages of one's individual ascent through the seven dimensions, it becomes one's ultimate individuality.

When this final individuality merges into the Central Sun, one becomes the omniscient and omnipotent God/Buddha, resulting in a complete reversal and inversion. This is the ultimate salvation.

In Taoism, could the "Subtle Path" (妙道) mentioned by Liu Huayang be the path towards this absolute light, that is, the Supreme Vertical Path? In the sixth diagram of the Hui Ming Jing (慧命經), the "Transformation Diagram" (化身図), it is stated that this Yang spirit passes through the Subtle Path and becomes void, suggesting a journey towards the Central Sun not through the "Supreme Vertical Path" but through the "Subtle Path."

"Emerging from existence and entering non-existence" literally means moving from Atman to Nirvana.

Furthermore, in terms of salvation from suffering and despair, there is Noah's Ark in the Old Testament and the Boat of Eye-Without-Holes (目無堅間の舟) in the Kojiki. Those who boarded are invariably saved. I believe this Ark of Salvation was surprisingly the Kundalini energy cord.

In the Oomoto Shinshukyo's Reikai Monogatari (Spiritual World Tales, Vol. 5, Chapter 23, The Divine Cords of God), numerous long spiritual cords with hooks appear in times of peril, great tribulation, great floods, and the end of the world, pulling those who are to be saved up to the Floating Bridge of Heaven one after another.

These long spiritual cords (also known as the Divine Cords of God) are divided into golden, silver, and copper cords according to the level of the spirit soul.

These saving spiritual cords are the Kundalini energy cord.

Since salvation is likely finalized just before merging with the Central Sun, it probably isn't like a giant ark of salvation seen in movies where only the "chosen" people board and are saved.

According to the Reikai Monogatari, the existence of the saving spiritual cords will become known worldwide, but initially, most people will be skeptical and dismissive, and no one will seriously try to be saved. However, gradually, a small number of people will actually be saved, and their numbers will increase. In other words, one must actively rely on the saving spiritual cord (through meditation and practice) to be saved; humans do not save, but God saves.

The Kundalini energy cord initially appears white and changes to silver and then gold as it ascends. Deguchi Onisaburo must have witnessed this progression.

While the term "Supreme Vertical Path" sounds formidable, the ultimate salvation for everyone is their own spiritual cord, the "Tama no O."

Nirvana Awakening Process

◎From Moksha (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss) to Return to the Physical Body

In the first place, Dantes Dailey is unprecedented in explicitly stating that the Kundalini energy cord entering Brahman is the awakening of Nirvana. Neither Yan Huayang of Neidan nor Onisaburo Deguchi of Ancient Shinto wrote to this extent.

Therefore, I will only quote the headings of "2. Specific Process" of the Kundalini awakening process from pages 93 to 105 of Dantes Dailey's The Process and Technique of Nirvana. For details, please refer to the book yourself. It also includes illustrations.

『1. Generally, 1 to 3 divine spirits appear.

One of the three touches the person's head (the guru cuts the person's seal from the air in the astral or mental body).

At the same time as the Sahasrara (crown chakra) swells, the physical body ceases to function (swelling confirmed).

Begin Yoni Mudra. Physical sensations disappear. (One is doing Yoni Mudra with consciousness alone).

Only the Sahasrara and Kundalini are shining.

Awakening of Kundalini

Ascent of Kundalini to each chakra

Awakening to the fact that the ring of light of the absolute Atman was oneself.

Departure of the causal body

Ascent of Atman

Unification of Brahman and Atman

Just before returning

Moksha (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss)

Return to the physical body』

I would like to comment on some of the headings above.

First, the living parts are 1-3 and 14, and the dying parts are 4-13. Therefore, 4, Yoni Mudra, is the entrance to the world of death.

Regarding the swelling of the Sahasrara in 3, is this the stage of Padma Asana (lotus position) in the main text? Also, in 1-3, the physical body is still alive.

On the other hand, 4-13 is the world of death, but it seems that it occurs in a very, very short time for the sake of returning to life, although it is not clear whether this is to avoid the various problems associated with physical death.

However, in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, there is a time to see the primordial light (the clear light of the mother) immediately after physical death, and it is sometimes written that the longer this viewing time, the better. I think this is the case when one does not expect to return to life immediately after physical death.

In 『5. Only the Sahasrara and Kundalini are shining,』 the gradual loss of sensation from below is the same progression as when Socrates drank the hemlock.

In 『6. Awakening of Kundalini,』 the main text states, "Suddenly everything collapsed," and this appears to be the start of separation from the physical body.

The main text says, "My physical body, my mind, and my world died," but did this happen here?

In the explanation of 『7. Ascent of Kundalini to each chakra,』 it says, "The cord detaches with the Prana inhalation," and this cord must be the Kundalini energy cord.

The illustration already shows the cord detached from Muladhara and Svadhisthana.

『8. Awakening to the fact that the ring of light of the absolute Atman was oneself.』

The parts up to this point may be different depending on the sect and meditation method. I think the following stages are common to all sects.

『9. Departure of the causal body』

Despite the common saying to leave the physical body with the mental body, the mental body exits outside the crown and the ascent out of the body is with the causal body, continuing to ascend through the Earth and the galaxy.

『10. Ascent of Atman』

Mental body consciousness disappears, switching to the causal body and continuing to ascend, rising through the astral and mental planes.

『11. Unification of Brahman and Atman』

Here, as the causal body ascends, it approaches the absolute light (Brahman, the central sun), and at that time, one awakens to the fact that the causal body was Atman.

This is difficult to understand and is a part not explained at all in the Vedas or Yoga Sutras.

In 『12. Just before returning,』 it says, "One awakens to the fact that all of everything is oneself." At this stage, God, who is all of everything, has become oneself. This is the great reversal and inversion. However, this is the world of "being."

『13. Moksha (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss)』

Not explained in language.

『14. Return to the physical body』

A shower of light filled with energy is poured into the physical body, and it is said that the energy of the central sun adjusts and revives all the chakras within the physical body.

Will this resolve the various problems on the physical body's side that occur due to physical death?

This concludes my comments.

I speculate that this entire series of processes takes only a few seconds in total for the following reasons:

In resuscitation from near-death experiences, global ischemia and reperfusion syndrome are problematic, so a short near-death state is desirable.
Although it was not Nirvana, immediately after someone had an experience of going to and returning from another world, Dantes Dailey ordered that person to dance intensely. Dantes Dailey stated that the round trip time was a few seconds.
In Muhammad's Night Journey, the Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven from his home one day, met God, and returned. The time required is said to be such that "the water in the overturned pitcher continued to flow," so it is thought to be a few seconds.
Based on the above, the heading of this section is "Slow-Motion Analysis of the Moment of Enlightenment."

Furthermore, this entire series of processes is not an original discovery made by Dantes Dailey for the first time in history, but a technique of Tantrism or Esoteric Buddhism traditions that has existed since ancient times and has not been allowed to be disclosed until now.
For example, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras states:
『3.43 "The great disembodiment" is the technique of leaving the gross physical body and functioning beyond imagination. By accomplishing the great disembodiment, that which covered the radiance is destroyed.』
(The Yoga Sutras for Modern People / Gregor Maehle / p. xiv)
Although vague, this process of disembodiment is expressed.

Also, Kundalini is translated into Chinese as Kundali, and the absolute light (central sun) is translated as Dainichi Nyorai, so I believe this technique has been inherited by Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism, Chinese Esoteric Buddhism, and Japanese Esoteric Buddhism.

It should be noted that esoteric cults, due to their magic, prayers, and psychic abilities (or what resembles them), have arisen repeatedly throughout history (such as the Shingon Tachikawa school). Therefore, the source material for esoteric cults would be the entire body of esoteric scriptures, but such a statement would be unwelcome to sincere esoteric practitioners.

To change the subject, the special point of The Process and Technique of Nirvana is not leaving the possibility of the secular part of "trying to conveniently use magic, prayers, and psychic abilities for my own benefit," but in clarifying "the process and technique by which humans reverse into gods and Buddhas."
Furthermore, "the process and technique by which humans reverse into gods and Buddhas" is the unexplored secret realm befitting adventurers in the 21st century, and also the unknown depth that sincere scientists should devote their research to.

Why Strive Towards Nirvana?

◎Because in the End, There is No Salvation for Humanity from Suffering and Despair...

People do not strive to master Kundalini Yoga for the sake of a temporary death. They are simply seeking true happiness.

However, because in the end there is no salvation for humanity from suffering and despair, they turn towards something beyond human existence.

Only those who deeply understand this in their bones proceed down this path.

If we view the awakening of Nirvana as success, this trial may be a battle with unfavorable odds.

Above all, there is a double uncertainty.

And the probability of returning alive cannot be said to be high.

Furthermore, each person is born with a purpose in life. If it ends unfulfilled, they may be evaluated as having died in vain, or they may delude themselves into thinking that they will carry it over to the next life, if there is one.

Even so, as long as a person is alive, until their very last breath in this life, there is some meaning to living.

If there is an attitude of honestly and earnestly engaging until that last breath expires, one cannot criticize those who strive towards Nirvana in this way.

That is precisely why, due to its difficulty, Shakyamuni, a successful practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, is recognized as a hero by meditative practitioners.

In Everest, many people died before Hillary and Tenzing's first successful ascent, and even after their success, people continue to climb even now, occasionally resulting in fatalities. Similarly, people constantly undergo surgeries with low success rates in search of life.

Now, in Kundalini Yoga, there is ascent. On the other hand, in Shikantaza (just sitting), there is "shinjin datsuraku" (dropping off body and mind), which is descent.

The directionality is superficially opposite, but Dantes Dailey suggests that the process in Kundalini where the energy cord separates from all chakras, exits the physical body, and ascends through the seven dimensions, occurs so rapidly in Shikantaza that it is difficult for the individual to notice.

In this respect as well, Kundalini Yoga appears to be more delicate and precise than Shikantaza.

However, the aim of Kundalini is not just ascent; as explained below, the ultimate aim is for the Kundalini energy cord to awaken to Nirvana.

Hossein Mansur Hallaj – 3

◎A Great Saint Should Be Treated with Utmost Respect

Continuing from Hallaj on the execution platform:

『Then his eyes were gouged out. A commotion arose from the people. Some wept, others threw stones. When they tried to cut out his tongue, he said, “Wait just a moment. I have one word to say.”

And he said this towards heaven:

“O God, in consideration of this pain which these men inflict upon me for Thy sake, do not make them unfortunate, and do not withhold Thy grace from them. Praise be to God! These men have cut off my hands and feet for Thy sake. If they cut off my head, it will be in the midst of beholding Thy glory.”

Then his ears and nose were cut off, and stones were thrown at him.』
(Ibid., p. 359)

Even Jesus did not face such a terrible fate. Perpetua in the ancient Roman arena is famous for having endured something similar.

However, the backlash against the horrific death of the great saint Jesus can be seen in the Jewish diaspora. Great saints, both East and West, must be treated with utmost respect.

Since many awakened individuals do not preach the Dharma, an enlightened person who actively expounds the truth is all the more precious.

Could it be that the people of Islam at that time would not have realized the truth about Hallaj unless he was brought to such a state?

Shakyamuni saying that those who attain enlightenment by seeing the shadow of a whip are of the highest capacity truly captures the essence of this matter.

◎The True Human Being Does Not Give a Second Thought to the Attributes of His Own Body

On the execution platform, while his limbs were being severed, Hallaj calmly evaluated what was happening to him, as if he felt nothing.

『Then his hands were cut off, and he grinned. “What is the meaning of this laughter?” he was asked. He said,

“It is easy to cut off the hands of a bound man. The true man is he who cuts off the hands of that thing called attribute, which snatches the crown of will from the tip of the throne.”

Then his feet were cut off. He smiled and said,

“With these feet I have journeyed over the earth, but I have yet another foot with which I am even now journeying through the two worlds. If you are able, cut off that foot.”

Then he rubbed his bloodied hands over his face, making his face and arms bloody.

“Why do you do that?”

“Blood is flowing in abundance from my body, and I know that my face is pale. I was afraid that you might think that I had turned pale from fear, so I smeared blood on my face so that I might appear rosy-cheeked.

The rouge of the true man is his blood.”』
(Ibid., pp. 357-358)

Even with his arms cut off, the true human being smiles, showing that he does not give a second thought to the attributes of his own body. Here, the likes and dislikes mentioned in the Faith Mind Inscription of the Third Zen Patriarch are expressed as attributes. Could this be called a highly liberated personality?

The other foot after his legs were cut off must be the subtle body, but it must be something that reaches the eternal and imperishable Sixth Body, which is the "now here" of another world.

Does the rouge of the true human being being their crimson blood mean that love, the ultimate form of encounter between people, cannot be achieved without blood?
