The other day, I went to my colleague's retirement party as I wrote below. Let me call him John here. Anyway, John and Mr.Pakipaki were diagnosed as a PD patient about two years ago and they seem to have the same kinds of symptoms. I sort of think John's condition is a bit more advanced than Mr.Pakipaki's, but for some reason John is considered to be 30% handicapped, while Mr.Pakipaki is 40%. I think it should be the other way around, but the fact is, Mr.Pakipaki is considered to be more handicapped than John. WHY!?!
According to Mr.Pakipaki, one reason he can think of is that he attached a very miserable looking ID photo to his application when he applied for a handicap status. He said that they felt so sorry for him and decided to give him 40% status.
Really?!? Oh well, if it is the case, Mr.Pakipaki chose the RIGHT photo then!

日本では医療費助成、障害者手帳、年金と全て別々に認定されるので、その度に書類をそろえ申請します。
ドイツの福祉制度ってどうなっているのだろう。

障害の％ですが、ホームドクター、主治医、検査入院をした病院名は申請用紙に記入しましたが、直接主治医に診断書をお願いする必要はありませんでした。申請をした後に、診断書の提出等を求められるのかなと思っていたら、％確定の知らせが来てビックリしました。ドイツの福祉制度。。。MR.Pakipakにキチンと聞いてから書きます！頼りない私。。。
