俳優の小出恵介さん（３３）は、ことし５月、大阪・中央区道頓堀の飲食店で１７歳の女性を同席させて酒を飲ませるなどしたとして、１８歳未満の青少年を未明の時間帯まで連れ出すことなどを禁じた大阪府の青少年健全育成条例違反の疑いで、ことし９月に書類送検されました。
警察によりますと、「落ち着いた雰囲気だったので女性が１７歳には見えなかった」などと話していたということです。
また、女性との間では示談が成立しているということです。
大阪地方検察庁は２０日、不起訴にしました。
理由について「捜査の結果、諸事情を考慮した」としています。
小出さんは、１７歳の女性との飲酒などについて週刊誌で報じられ６月から芸能活動を停止しています。
