１２日夕方、横浜市鶴見区で、中学３年の男子生徒が運転する自転車が歩いていた７９歳の女性に衝突し、女性が死亡しました。
１２日午後６時ごろ、横浜市鶴見区下末吉で、中学３年の男子生徒が運転する自転車が、正面から歩いてきた近くに住む崎山法子さん（７９）に衝突しました。２人はいずれも病院に搬送されましたが、このうち崎山さんはおよそ３時間後に搬送先の病院で死亡しました。男子生徒は命に別状はないということです。

警察によりますと、現場は鶴見川沿いの幅５．５メートルの道路で、歩行者と自転車は通ることができますが、街灯はなく、当時、辺りは暗く見通しは悪い状況だったということです。

自転車の男子生徒は自宅に帰る途中で、警察は男子生徒から当時の状況を聴くなどして、事故のいきさつについて詳しく調べることにしています。
