In this morning, wife said to me that Oinarisan is now ready for your lunch.

Oinarisan or Inari-sushi is a kind of traditional sushi. Basically, the rice and sweet vinegar and/or sweet soy sauce were mixed and packed into the thin deep-fried tofu. The tofu were simmered in soy sauce with sugar and some condiments separately from the rice beforehand.

The name of Oinarisan is came from the shrine. Namely, in Japan, the relevant god of certain shrines are used foxes as the follower of the god,  and such shrines are so called Inari-shrines. And the foxes are very fond of the tofu (without any cooking and the rice) as traditionally and people who came to the shrine offering the tofu for them with gratitude and faith sometimes.

The both were in common with the tofu so such kind of sushi is called Oinarisan/Inari-sushi.  O-Inari -San; O and San are polite expression and Inari means Inari shrine.

Anyway, though I'm mind that it might be allergy to pollen, today is a good day for motorcycle riding, I've put my Oinarisan in the lunch box and toward to a park where I will take the lunch in 50km away from home.

Aadded sausage and dried plum to the lunch box.

Two different taste.

Coffee time.

Riding on the motorcycle in early spring weather is cozy but in the helmet, itchy eyes, nose running and sneezing are extremely terrible conditions. So, I have to stop the motorcycle several times  in order to take my eye and nose care with the huge amount of tissue paper.
