原価企画について考えているところ．生産マネジメントの分析演習でコレを少しばかり扱う予定だったのだけど，台風の影響でゼミが延期になったので，とりあえず，再度，ケースを練り直しているところなの．教材って，やはり，常に進化させるのが良いでしょうよ・・・．
だけど，実は，リードタイム，作業効率，それに品質も同時に扱いたいのだけど，余りに欲張ると，ケーススタディとしては失敗に・・・．で，どうしたものか，悩んでいるところ．
そう言えば，あちこちの企業さんの工場に行く機会があるのだけど，生産マネジメントの統合的なディスカッションって少ないかなー．で，自分をもっと鍛えないと，ゼミでの演習も活きたものにならないかなーと．要は，実践の統合的なディスカッションの場をしっかり持てるような信用って，地道に力を伸ばして企業さんから認めてもらうようにしないと・・・．ケーススタディって，教える側の力量がそのまま教材になっている感じで，実践の場を与えられるようなレベルに達しない教員って，空っぽな状態を学生さん方に見抜かれてしまうでしょうよ．
論文，学会，そして外のお仕事を通じて，何しろ，企業さんの実践に貢献できるように地道に自分を鍛え続ける，そんなことが良いやり方かなーと．
考え方の枠組みを自ら創成して行かないと，いつまでもニセモノのような気がして・・・．でも，まだまだ足りない，そんな状態かなー．

マネジメントだけど，システムズ・デザインとデータが技法の基盤，という捉え方が重要なの．技法をしっかり使いこなして，組織全体に広まると，効果が上がる，そんなことでしょうよ．
だけど，こういったマネジメント技法の仕掛けそのものを理解して，実際に組織に広めるのって，かなり厄介なお仕事なの．彼方此方の部署に行って，実践を通じて問題解決の手法を広める，そんな役割の方々が必要．だけど，頭の良い方々の多い企業さんほど，頭の使い方を伝授しようとすると，反発もあるけど・・・．
がんばりましょう．
