アレコレと色々考えて、それで、まあ、最近ちょこと思っていることは、仕事を創るのってやはり厄介。でも、コレに懸命な方々が多くいるのも事実で、ココ７，８年は、海外だと、若い方々の起業への取り組みが広がっている状況なの。
起業って要は仕事の創成で、コレの価値って凄く重要で・・・。もちろん、経営をさらに展開して、そして続ける、こういった域に繋げないと、ビジネスの創成をきっちりやっているとは言えないでしょうし。
で、ビジネスの教育だけど、実践と基礎が大切。特に、論理やデータによる思考といった経営技法って役立つの。

ビジネスだけど、しっかり基礎から学ぶことって大切でしょうよ。財務諸表をきちんと読んで、経営分析する、こういったこともやはり訓練が必要だし・・・。
そして同時に、しっかり自分のアイデアを固めて経営計画を立てる、そんなことも必要。
だけど、凄く大切なのって、やる気をしっかり持ち続けることでしょうよ。何しろ、ビジネスって困難なことが多いから、続けるだけでも努力が必要でしょ。それに、リーダーの資質をしっかり身につけることも・・・。
何しろ、自分で自分を鍛え続ける、そんなことが求められるんでしょうよ、経営で食って行くのって。
