Matcha custard Cake

Let's make Matcha custard Cake!

(Matcha custard )

250cc Milk  
2 spoons of cream
4 egg yolks
50g Sugar
15g Cornstarch
20g Salt-free butter
2 teaspoons of matcha powder

1, Combine heavy cream, matcha powder and milk. Warm it up untill it will be boiled.

2, In the other bowl, Combine egg yolk and sugar. Add cornstarch, a bit salt.

3, Add 1 to 2 in a bowl , mix and add little by little. Add butter and mix..

4, Put 3 into pan again and warm it up, keep mixing untill it become like souse.

(Matcha cake)

100g Almond powder 100g
200g Flour 200g
2 tablespoons of Matcha powder
2 tablespoons of baking powder
salt (pinch)
3 and half eggs
100g Sugar 
150g Butter
3 tablespoons of strained bean jam (anko)
1/3 Cup of various kinds of amanattou (or sweetned beans: azuki)
4 or 5 Sweetend chestnuts
1/2 Egg yolk

5, Combine flour, salt, Matcha powder, baking powder and almond powder. 
    Prepare oven 190 degrees.

6, Combine sugar and softend butter till it becomes creamy.

7, Add 3 and half eggs little by little.
  (As for rest half egg, keep it to paint the surface of a cake later.)

8, Add flower to 7 and mix.

9, Put 8 approximately 1 cm into a bottom of cake pan.
   Mold and flatten the surface with a spatula.

10, Put sweetened adzuki bean, strained bean jam and chestnuts.

11,Put Matchacustard on 10 → Put rest of Matcha cake.

12, Mold surface with a spatula and coat the surface with the half of egg.

13, Bake approximately 40 minutes.

14, Eat and enjoy!!
