土曜日は、ファッションやカルチャーのカリスマ、優子姉さんがホムパに誘ってくれましたー。


これまたファッション界で大活躍中のMishaや、いろんな業界の方々とゲットトゥゲザー。
優子さん、顔広すぎっす。

テーマは「クロアチア（＆ハンガリー）」。
どちらもボクが愛する国！
クロアチア（＆ボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナ）にはかれこれ１０回、ハンガリーにも６－７回は通ってますからねー。


さて、まずは、クロアチアなオードブル。
クロアチア料理は、イタリア料理、ハンガリー料理、トルコ料理の影響を受けていて、とてもデリシャスなんです。
また、ワインの名産地でもあります。
自家製のワインがフツーにある国です。
カラッとした地中海性気候の中で育まれたワイン、最高。
さっぱりしてて、太陽の味がします。





代表的なハンガリー料理のひとつ、“グヤーシュ”。
牛肉をパプリカと一緒に煮込んだシチューです。
オーストリアでは“グラーシュ”と呼ばれて食べられてます。
ハンガリー料理はパプリカをたくさん使います。





そして、数あるワインの中でもボクが一番好きなハンガリーのワイン、“トカイ・アスー”。
これは、一昨年くらい前にボクがお土産で持っていったもの。
優子さん、大事に取っておいてくれましたー。





トカイワインは、貴腐ワインの一種で、ブドウの甘みがしっかり残ってます。
かのルイ14世が愛したワインで、“ワインの王様、王様もワイン”と言われている名品！
甘さがputtonyos(プットーニョシュ)で示されてて、6 puttonyosになると、数万円はします。
ちなみにこれは3で、平均的なやつ。


センスの良い色鮮やかな盛りつけに、デリシャスな食事、クロアチアやフランスの素晴らしいワインの数々☆
あたたかい笑いに包またパーチーで、すんごく堪能させてもらいました！
ここのところの忙しさで溜まりに溜まってた疲れも取れちゃいました。

さて、日付変わって日曜日。
原宿に用事があったついでに、ゲッチュしちゃいましたよ、無料のDIESELのT-shirt！
バカしかもらえないらしいです。

On Saturday, a good friend of mine, Yuko-san invited me to her home party.
She is charismatic in the fashion scene in Tokyo.
There were various folks from different background.

The theme for the party is "Croatia(& Hungary)".
Both counties are my favorite ones!!
I've visited Croatian along with Bosina-Hercegovina 10 times, and Hungary, 6-7 times.

The Croatian appetites were delicious.
Croatian dished are influenced by Italian, Hungarian and Turkish cuisines.
Thanks to the beautiful climate and touch of the sun, Croatia is also famous for the tasty wines.

Here is one of the well-known Hungarian plates, Gulyas.
It is the beef stew with paprika.
They use tons of paprika for their everyday cook.

And, voila, this is my most favorite wine in the world, Tokaj Aszu from Hungary!
I gave the bottle to Yuko-san about 2 years ago.

Tokaj is called "The Wine of the Kings, King of the Wines (vinum regnum, rex vinorum)".
The King of France known as the Sun King, Louis IV loved it so much.
Tokaj is made from the grapes with noble rot and very sweet.
The degree of sweetness is shown by "puttonyos" and 6 is the maximum.

We all had a comfy time at Yuko's place with bunch of delicious foods and wines!!

On Sunday, I went to Harajuku.
DIESEL was campaining at the special site and handing out the free T-shirt"!!
It seems that ony "stupid" folks can get them : )

何度か書いたことありますが、ワタクシ、パーソナルトレーナーさんのお世話になっとります。
だいたい月に２回ほど。


んで、今、指導してくれてるのは、湯浅幸大（ゆあさ・ゆきひろ）トレーナー。
すんごく笑顔がまぶしい爽やかトレーナーさんなんです☆
癒し系というか、何というか。
でも、ドＳなんです w w w


こんな爽やかさんなのに、ボディビルの大会に出て、いきなり優勝してるんです。
さすが、ドＳです w w w


そんな湯浅さん、先日独立して、フリーのトレーナーさんになりました！
ささやかながら応援したくて、POPの作成をボランティアでやらせていただきました。
それがこちら。





ついでに、チラシも。





どうです？この憎たらしいくらい爽やかなスマイル。


実は、POPもチラシも出来立てほやほやで、昨夜納品したんです。
んで、パーソナルって安くはないし、そんなに持ってかないだろーと、とりあえず20枚印刷して渡しました。
んで、今日聞いてみたら、もうあと２枚しかないそーです！！


情報や写真の見せ方、色使い、周囲との差異化と、いろいろ工夫したのが功を奏したかな♪
いかにもなチラシにはしたくなかったので、オシャレな雑誌のページなどをイメージしましたー。
そういうターゲット層だしね。

As I have previously mentioned a few times in my blog, I'm now receiving a personal training.
About twice a month.

My trainer, Yukihiro Yuasa, is such a nice and cool guy.
He has a beautiful smile that makes everybody happy.
But, you know what?
Despite his charming smile, he is absolutely "sadistic" ...

He won the first prize at a body building contest.
It was his very first time to join the contest, though!
He's "sadistic" to himself as well, huh?

He just became the freelance trainer this month and established his own company.
Wanting to support him in some way, I volunteered to make the leaflets.
Here they are!!

See? Isn't he handsome??

I handed him in the printed leaflets last night.
Assuming there would not be so many folks who would take them out, I prepared 20 copies.
But he has just let me know that there are only 2 copies left now!!

Wow!!
Of course, I made various researches upon creating the leaflets.
The way I use the images and the colors are well planned so that the info will be reached to the people properly.

日曜日は、久しぶりに裕二郎　（白川裕二郎）の家に遊びに行きました。
（そうそう、芸名は、「侑二朗」から、本名の「裕二郎」に戻しました。）


毎週のように遊びに行ってたのに、年末から忙しくなって超ご無沙汰！
よくよく考えると、約2ヶ月ぶり？？


11月、ボクのB-day祝いの手はずを仲間たちとこっそり整えてくれてたらしんですが、ボクが急遽London出張へ。
このため、主賓不在のパーティに・・・・。


ところが、ずーっと、ケーキのプレートを冷凍して保存しておいてくれてたんです。
泣かせるじゃないですかー(T_T)

この日は午前中、とある用事があって渋谷の黄金体育館に行っていたんですが・・・。
そこで、懐かしい顔との再会！！


「本日、“武藤塾”開催」！と掲示されていたので、もしやと思いメールを入れてみると・・・。
やっぱりいました、全日本プロレスのBUSHI選手。





2007年にプロデビュー。
それから2年ばかりメヒコへ武者修行に。
今年の頭に帰国したとの連絡を受け、久しぶりに会いたいねーと話してた矢先。


たくましく成長してたなー。
それにしても、縁ってのはホントいつも不思議ですね。
たまたま昨日の午前中にゴールドに行ってなければ、会ってなかったわけですしね。


裕二郎もBUSHIも、みなさん、応援の程、よろしくお願いします！！




I went to Yujiro's (Yujiro Shirakawa) place on Sunday.

I used to visit his house almost every single weekend.
But, my recent hectic days prevented me from seeing him so often...
It's been the first time in two months, maybe?

He seemed to try arranging my B-day party in secret last November.
However, I was suddenly asked to fly to London on business...
So, he and other folks had to celebrate my b-day without me...

Meanwhile, he kept the chocolate plate of the b-day cake in his fridge to hand it to me!
How moving!!
Thanks sooooo much buddy!!

Also, I had to go to the Gold's Gym in Shibuya yesterday morning to do a bit work for my PT.
I saw an announcement ad saying; " Muto-juku, today!!"

It struck my mind and I immediately sent an e-mail to someone I know from All Japan Pro-Wrestling.
And, voila!
A friend of mine, BUSHI, was there!!

He made his debut in 2007, and soon after, he flew to Mexico for further training.
We were just talking to see each other again since his triumphal return to Japan in January.

Surely he has grown up as a professional wrestler.
I'm always amazed to see how the fate works wonderfully.
If I hadn't been in Gold's at that time yesterday, I would not see him at all.

Please give your warmest support for both Yujiro and BUSHI!!

マブダチの裕二郎（白川裕二郎）が、先日テレビに出とったよーです。


出演したのは、「ひるおび」。
朝青龍が引退したことを受け、「元力士」という経歴をもついろんな人たちを紹介してたみたいですね。





結構長めに出てたみたいで。
ボクが作らせてもらってるヤツのブログも、すんごいアクセス数でした！





あらま。
小倉アナもVTRに食いついてますねー w





これを機に、今年は猛進して欲しいものです！

One of my best friends, Yujiro Shirakawa, was interviewed on a TV show a few days ago.

The show was featuring those who were once the sumo wrestlers.
Thanks to the program, so many people accessed his blog (which I made for him) on that day!!

Oops, Ms Ogra seems to have a crash on him, huh?

I really hope that he'll be more and more famous as a talented actor this year!
Please give him a kind support, folks!!

日曜日は、親友の尚玄からのお誘いで、とあるイベントにお邪魔しました。


皆さんは、大地震でハイチの島全体が、非常に大きな打撃を受けたことをご存知だと思います。
地球の反対側で、一瞬にして家を、仕事を、そして、家族や友人を失ってしまった人たちがいます。
あまりなじみのない国ですが、地震大国である日本も他人事ではありません。


そんなハイチの状況にココロを痛めた尚玄たちの発案で、チャリティイベントが開催されました。


才能あふれた映像クリエイターの関根光才さんと尚玄とが、それぞれ映像を提供してくれました。
そして、彼らの声に賛同した仲間たちが集結。
鑑賞料1,000円を募金としてすべて寄付することになっています。





光才さんには何度かお会いしてますが、彼の作品を観ることは今回が初めて。
独特のウィットと高い芸術性。
とてもココロの響くものがありました。


でも、ものすごいことが今回も起こったんです。
彼の作品を次々と見ていると、とあるところで聞き覚えのある鈴の音が。
そこには、古典的日本舞踊の幽玄の世界にたたずむ和装をした女性。
彼女が口ずさむのはトルコの国歌。





あまりの驚きに目が点になってしまいました！
実は、この映像、つい２日前に見ていたんです！！
YouTubeで何気なく動画を見ていたんですが、この映像に巡り会い、その美に感動。
何度もリピートして見てたんです。


その時は、光才さんの作品だなんて知る由もありませんでした。
つい２日前に偶然見たものが、自分の目の前で知り合いの作品として流れてるんです！
信じられない光景に鳥肌が立ちました・・・。


ボクが尚玄に関わるときは、いつもシンクロすることが発生します。
こちらが電話しようとしてたり、彼のことが頭に浮かぶと、あちらから電話やメールが来ることが何度も。
そもそも彼との出会いも、とても不思議な出会いでした。


スピリチュアリズム否定派のボクですが、彼との縁には本当に不思議なものを感じます。
とある霊感の強い方が、二人は前世で兄弟だと言ってくれたことが思い出されます。
もちろん、ボクはカトリックですから、前世というものは信じません。
でも、尚玄とは、魂がつながっているのでしょうかね。

One of my best friends, Shogen, invited me to a event on Sunday.


Many of us may know how Haiti has been severely damaged by a huge earthquake.
There are numerous people who lost their houses, jobs, families and friends in a moment.


Haiti is not familiar country to most of the Japanese folks.
But the disaster is not something unrelated to us.
We are also living on the land where many earthquakes occasionally occurs, you know.


Shogen has been deeply moved by such tragedy and decided to have a charity event to help them.


A very talented creator, Kosai Sekine, and Shogen provided each visual work.
Then, those who share the same compassion got together at the event.
The entrance fee, 1,000 yen, will be donated to the Haitians through the Red Cross.


I've met Kosai several times, but it was the first time for me to see his works.
They were such masterpieces with unique taste of wit and artistic beauty.
I was so touched by his outstanding creativity.


But, something amazing happened this time, too.
When watching Kosai's works, I was suddenly caught by a sound of the bell which sounded familiar to me.
A lady in the Japanese costume was singing the Turkish national anthem in the ethereal world.


I was stunned!
I watched exactly the same video two days ago on YouTube!!


I had had no idea that it had been a Kosai's artwork at all, then.
It gave me a goose bump...


When I am in touch with Shogen, something synchronistic always happens.
For instance, there were many times I received his e-mail/phone call when I was about to drop him a line.
Basically, the way we first met each other was very very mysterious.


I'm against any sort of spiritualism, but I do feel the special bond and fate with him.
A friend of mine who claims to be able to see the "past life" told me that Shogen and I had been brothers.
Being a devote Catholic, I don't believe in reincarnation at all, of course.
But it seems that our souls are deeply connected each other...

民主党って、おもしろい政党ですね。


「国民のため！」を連呼しながら、自分たちは国民の常識とは正反対の言動ばかりなんですもん。


普通、会社では、部下の不祥事は上司のマネジメントの責任となるわけですが、そういう常識さえもないようで。


現役幹事長の秘書が３人も起訴されている前代未聞のことなのに、問題視さえされない。
会社だったら、こんな社長、即刻クビです。当たり前ですが。


しかも、起訴された現職議員に対しての厳罰もなし。
それどころか、「うちの子は悪くなーい！」と擁護するか逆切れするか。
今流行りのモンスターペアレントですかw


鳩さんなんか、小沢の道義的責任について記者から聞かれたときに、「私にはよくわからない」とおっしゃる。
おいおい・・・。
人としてのモラルっちゅーもんがないんでしょうかね、この方々には。


そーいえば、鳩さん、いつもなかなか決められなくて、何でも先延ばしなのですが、これって、業務放棄だと思うんです。
マネジメントの仕事って、物事を判断して決断すること。
それができないなら、首相というお仕事、辞められた方がよいと思うんです。
仕事しない方に給与なんか出しちゃいけません。


だから、客観的に見てると、ホントに民主党はアホか？と思うくらい面白いわけなんです。
「国民の視線で！」と叫び続けてるのに、自分たちがやってることは一般社会人からすれば理解不能なことばかり。
つまり、自分たちで自分たちのクビをどんどん締め付けてるんですもん。


小沢が居座ったり、石川容疑者が議員でい続けることって、「我が社には自浄作用という体質はございません。まる。」ってわざわざアピールしてるわけですし。


これも、鳩さんがおっしゃる宇宙的「友愛」精神なのでしょーか。
地球人には理解できませんね。
あ、ボクも宇宙人って言われるけど理解できません w

やほ。永遠の王子、taddyです。


ここのところ仕事が忙しく、終電間際の死ンデレラ♪
そんな王子の荒んだココロを癒してくれるものの一つが、「石」です。


と言っても、ガッツ石松に萌えるわけでなく、石ちゃんの食べっぷりに愛すら感じるわけでもなく。
単に「石」が好っきやねん。
「石」フェチやねん。
思い返せば、愛くるしい神童時代から好きでした。


なぜ「石」が好きなのか、自分でもよくわかりま千円。
でも、王子にピッタリなみやびなご趣味ではないですか。


ボクはオカルト系やニューエージ系が大嫌い。
それらの危険性を身をもって知ってますから。
だから、パワーストーンなんちゃらとかは信じません。


でも、花や木同様、自然の美が凝縮された石たちは、ココロに触れてくれます。
特に貴石・半貴石類は、その輝きで疲れたココロを照らしてくれますね。
宝石があれほど美しいのは、宝石の放つ光が、天国の輝きに似ているかららしいです。
うむ、納得。

　
個人的には、ダイヤモンドのギラギラした光よりも、半貴石の柔らかい光の方が好き。
一番癒してくれるのが、誕生石のトパーズ。
暗闇でもきれいな光を発してくれます。







あと、「司教の石」、アメシスト。
このアメシストは、「カラーチェンジアメシスト」と言って、光によって色が変わるんです。
ホントかどうか知りませんが、今は閉山されたブラジルのカシャライでしか採れないそーな。
自然光では深いヴァイオレットですが、ペンライトの光の下ではラズベリーレッドになります。
ゲイジュツでし。







石を見つめていると、同時に人生の教訓を感じます。
厳しい自然環境の中で、途方も無い時間を掛けて形作られていく宝石や貴石の原石。
少しずつ、少しずつ。


でも、それで出来上がる原石は、光も発さないし、多くの人には喜ばれないただの石。
泥を落として、余計な部分を削って、磨きをかけてはじめて価値のあるものになり、あの天国の光を発するのです。




Howdy! Here comes Taddy the Prince-Charming : )


Awfully hectic everyday... but I'm managing to catch the last train like Cinderella.
What heals such poor Taddy is the gemstone.
Call me "stone-fetish" if you want.


But I don't have such deep knowledge like the stone geeks do.
My affection for the stones can be traced back to my childhood when people called me a child prodigy.


Why am I such fond of the stones?
I don't know.
But, isn't it absolutely suitable hobby for an elegant prince?


I personally hate occultism, spiritualism and New Age stuffs.
I know how wrong they are and their fatal danger by experience.
So, I don' believe in so-called "power stones" and so on.


But, one thing is sure.
The beauty of the stones touches my heart as the flowers and the trees do.
The natural beauty is crystallized among them, too.


Especially, the gemstones heal my exhausted mind very much.
Why are they so beautiful?
It is because their immaculate glitter resembles the light of heaven, thus someone said.
It makes sense to me.


I prefer the glitter of the semiprecious stones to that of the diamond, though.
So soft and tender.


Topaz is my favorite stone.
It is my b-stone and is also loved by people for centuries.
The stone strongly shines in the darkness, too.


Another my favorite one is amethyst.
It is called " Bishop's Stone" by Catholics and symbolizes the modesty and mortification.


Here is the precious "color change amethyst" from Caxarai mine, Brazil, which is now closed.
See, it is deep violet under the natural light, but it turns to be raspberry red under the pen light.
Such a masterpiece!!


When looking at the stones, I see the lessons of life from their beings.
The raw stones are gradually formed in the nature under the rough environment over the ages.
However, they remains dull and are not appreciated by anyone unless we don't work on them.
Wipe out the dirty mud.
Get rid of the unnecessary parts.
And polish them carefully.


They then become something invaluable.
They then sparks the heavenly light that shines in the bottom of our hearts.
