Seven years and one hundred and eighty-eight days in a row have passed
since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to resume push-ups yesterday from 13 times and I really
hope to continue them as long as possible as well as increase the
number little by little.
It was raining in Nagoya early this morning but luckily it had stopped
when I was going to leave my house for the workplace by bike.
And now it's quite cloudy and a little dark just as it's going to
start raining pretty soon.
I don't feel hot, instead, I feel just a little cold.
I want some more sunlight though I have to be careful of scorching heat.
